Not impressed. I came into to check out their showroom as I need half a dozen tubs for a vacation rental development. 3 men were standing in the back of the showroom chit chatting disinterested in my entrance. One looked up and said hello and then went back to conversing with the two other employees.
Certainly no one coming over to ask if I needed any help. Immediately uncomfortable. Finally, seeing that I was just standing there-the older gentleman (Bruce) asked if I needed anything. I explained that I was looking for a half a dozen Hot Tubs and we discussed what they had available.
Since most of the Hot Tub companies in Asheville use the Wells Fargo outdoor solutions financing program, I politely asked if that was some thing they had available. His response was: “girl, if you’re buying 5 hot tubs you should have enough money for them!”
I responded that I had plenty of money, thank you very much, and it’s perfectly normal to finance large purchases. In this case nearly $50,000.
Overall I left with a negative impression of this company and I would rather pay more for tubs elsewhere in exchange for customer service which just does not exist here.
I also see that I am not the only one who has noted their disinterested employees in a review. The owner should take note because clearly having three people on the showroom floor is not necessary when they cannot even be bothered to properly...

He needed some other equipment to replace a board and promised he would bring the right chemicals next time. He arrived the following day, replaced the faulty parts but then forgot the right chems AGAIN. Then, he asked me to drive out to meet him because he was going to have to use his personal car to deliver it! So YOU made a mistake, and expect ME to drive MY personal car, MY time and MY gas because you don't want to? On top of that, his manager was with him and said NOTHING. We called today and were told that they could bring it out in a week. A WEEK. Also, since this is my first hot tub, I asked for some instructions on how to do basic chemical treatments and his response? Go watch a YouTube video on it. Do not use this company! Read moreI have to say the pool building experience with the administrative people and project manager, Chris, out of Greenville was horrible. They were completely disorganized, delayed, too busy and unable or unwilling to communicate clearly with homeowner, treating the customer as they were irrelevant. The project manager was often verbally combative at most conversations and was unwilling to explain any logistics with us. He was very difficult to get ahold of and frequently would be days before he would get back with us. The company frequently disregarded our input and often failed to address our questions and concerns. It has been a year now since the pool was completed (took 8 months from start to finish) and now can't get them to timely address items that are breaking down or needing replacement.
