Every single thing here there is something wrong with. Really wish I would have taken pictures. Drove from Tennessee to here with a truck and trailer hoping to leave with a stove, sink, dishwasher, over the range microwave, sink vaniety, light fixtures and everything else I was looking for to re-model my house that they had advertised having, sadly EVERY single thing they have here has absolute ZERO warranty, so once you leave the store it's yours and yes EVERYTHING is either missing pieces, has been a store return for whatever reason, is cracked, dented, broken, chipped..there is something wrong with every single thing...the guy tried talking me into a dishwasher for $400 and it wad so dented the door wouldn't close. The microwave we found "claimed" to be 50% off but in reality it was actually MORE than they were charging for it than best buy brand new with warranty..they wanted $200 for a sink that was literally missing the entire corner, $150 for one that literally had a crack that went all the way through it from one end to another and like over $300 for a vanity that was missing the doors for it...and as another reviewer said..yes you are NOT allowed to open any boxes or check anything out before you buy..they say that it has been thoroughly and carefully been checked by an employee to ensure quality, but I just have a hard time believing that, considering the one thing i did buy a bathroom light fixture was missing the mounting kit and therefore was useless, but guess what..i'm stuck with it. They have to get all this stuff for free or dirt cheap like pennies on the dollar considering how damaged most of the stuff is and then they turn around and sell it for next to the same price as you can get it new and WITH a warranty. What a waste of time. Definitely will NOT be going back here and will be telling everyone I work with to stay away from this place and to definitely check marketplace on facebook..found people doing the exact same thing as these guys, getting damaged stuff to re sale but at least they are reasonable. Got a bosch dishwasher yes it had a slight dent in the bottom, but it actually did retail for $900 and i paid $200 for it WITH warranty. So yeah before you go here, don't waste your time..check around and I know you can find what you're looking for somewhere else in better condition...

(Edited) Definitely not what's it appears to be. But I suggest you read others reviews also. Firstly. This is a cash oy business. Reason being is the products are not what they seem to be and they don't allow returns. The public has buyer protection using other forms of payment is cash is not used. Secondly. They won't allow testing or opening boxes so the buyer will not know they have actually been taken for a ride till later. Thirdly. They say you have a manufacturer warranty which is not true if you don't have a approved retailers receipt. If you do have a problem with something mechanical their maintenance guy would have a look at it. I'm suspecting whom ever is not factory certified to do so and just tinker around with the item and respond however they want just to keep the money. Fourthly. Most of the stuff is priced close enough to the real deal items with a actual guarantee and service after the sale of reputable retailers I would go with the real establishment for the purchase. Fifth. They put items on marketplace and those items don't exist in the warehouse. So when you get there you aren't going to buy that item, it is bait and switch. Two identical items can be priced vastly different from one another sitting side by side. I give them credit for such a well thought out scam. They didn't get me and hopefully they won't get you.

First off I would like to thank the mechanic Christian for solving the issue and clearing up all miscommunications. I bought a Ryobi pressure washer from this store that burned up after 3 hours of use. The machine was oiled up, gassed up, and all the air was released from the pump before starting. Sometimes you just get a faulty machine. I returned the machine to be inspected by the mechanic and was expecting a store credit. When I returned a week and a half later to exchange the credit for another machine the manager said there was no credit as the machine was broken. The assistant I was communicating with via text told me I would receive credit after the mechanic looked over the machine and could say it was broken by no fault of my own. There was a miscommunication between the assistant, manager, and owner and I was upset having to take off work early to drive out an hour and a half to the store and an hour and a half back for nothing. This made me very skeptical about this company but the manager Andrew promised to make things right and had the mechanic call me personally. After speaking with Christian he restored my faith in the store as he over see's every machine brought in and sold. He was very organized in his speech and listened to my situation and was sympathetic. I found out he is an ASE master certified technician, as my father was, so I knew he knows his stuff. Christian bridged communications and I will be returning to this store next time I need to purchase...
