Big Al's Drive-In — Restaurant in Ashland

SMALL AL(the manager) was caught by us customers! He was caught yelling obscenities and belittling his own workers! We heard him yelling and saying such rude and degrading things at his young female worker and it was an absolutely disgusting experience. We told him that he should treat his workers with the respect they deserve! The manager instead hid in his kitchen and yelled at us customers who were telling him that he shouldn’t be disrespectful to his workers AND to us members of the community who have supported this business but NO MORE! Not once did the manager apologize! All he did was yell that he didn’t care- and all while his worker was crying and embarrassed because of his foul and low down behavior! We all tried to make her feel better and she did absolutely nothing to deserve the manager belittling her!! She was so helpful and nice and he treated her like dirt AND in front of everyone!! This is NOT the first time the manager was found treating his workers horribly. The other customers also tried talking to the manager and he just continued to hide behind the counter and all while he continued to yell that he did not care. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS WHICH HAS NO BUSINESS IN...

Traveling you eat a lot of fast food so as I was traveling through Ashland I looked up fast food and this place came up I figured why not give it a try has great reviews when I called to place an order I could not understand the lady who answered very well I asked her what comes on the pastrami burger she replied but I only could understand about half of what she said I thought she says mustard but I wanted to be sure she didn’t say mayo as I do not like it so I asked her if there was mayo on the burger she said no only mustard atleast u think I said ok perfect and placed my order with fries and a drink

The parking lot was very packed hard to find parking I was greater by a very nice woman who took my payment and handed me the food after leaving which was a task I started eating had too much onions for my liking but was good at first after a few bites I realized the burger had no mustard only mayo which really ruined the burger which was quite expensive I ended up paying 20$ for a basic burger with 2 small slices of pastrami and way underseasoned if at all seasoned meat as well as the fry’s had no salt overall I enjoyed my lemonade and would never wish this...

Talk about a overrated, overpriced wannabe "Drive-In"! More like an overglorified Mexican restaurant. The cheapskate, pushy owner of this place has got it made since it seems all the brown nosing Libs in Ashland don't know what a good burger or real Drive-In is. Paid $5 for what I thought was going to be a "large" side order of fries with my about average tasting, overpriced burger.. What I got instead was half a basket of, over fried, extremely short, hollow, crinkle cut fries! (See pic). Absolutely inedible! Then tries to charge me 50 cents for sauce aftet spending almost $35! I feel this was personal since the owner of this place was being pretty rude with me from the get go, most likely because he didn't like something about my appearance. He's overly pushy about the muzzle policy yet his restaurant was stuffy with no A/C, running or doors open and it was dirty. First and last time eating here. Left here still hungry, disappointed, with a lighter wallet. There's much better burger joints out there, even the some of the chain places would put this...
