Don't order by Phone!!!! :( I had a problem with an order. It was absolutely NOT made RIGHT because "it was Friday night" and "they got "too busy." I have HUNGRY KIDS, and was told 45 minutes to 1 hour. I live less than 10 minutes away. Have a Thing tonight, so ordered $36 pizza so that I didn't have to cook or drive. Just past one hour later, pizza STILL isn't here?! I call, and it isn't even on its way yet!!! I explain that I am trying to feed my kids with this, and they start telling me how many tickets were ahead of me, it's Friday & we got busy, etc (were a town of 30,000...not THAT busy. ) Aaanyway, I ask the manager to split the cost with me since it's NOT going to arrive on time, and she said No! That I can cancel the order, or wait and the delivery driver will leave Right Now. Her name is Katie. Well I can't cancel it, just have to wait. But she refuses to do anything to make it Right, and is arguing over minutes of the hour with me. Crazy! I'm a local, and I hope Pete the owner can educate his staff better on customer service because this was a very upsetting & unfulfilled experience. I will not be ordering from them again. And I just had my high school reunion there this summer... what a bummer to be treated this way :( It's not MY...

I have gotten pizza from Creekside Bistro for years. It is true I like the atmosphere in the restaurant and the food is served hot and fresh. We love the food, the atmosphere, the local feeling of the place. My problems with the restaurant are when I started getting pizzas delivered. Occasionally, they were made wrong or cold and stale. In the past, I eas able to get a credit. Today, I ordered a pizza. The delivery guy delivered it to the ground outside of a house. I live in a motorhome on the property. When I ate the pizza, it was cold. I called the restaurant and was told it was only 2 minutes outside on the ground. That is what the delivery guy said but it was more like around 10 minutes because he had left the property and had to come back. I was told by the woman at the desk that I can't have a credit on the pizza because I had gotten too many already. I'm a single woman and don't buy delivery food often, including pizza and I certainly don't ask for a credit often. She told me to buy pizza at another restaurant if I have a problem with her answer to me. If the pizza being cold hadn't ruined my dinner, her comment would have all on it's own. This happened May 5 2025 at...

I ordered two pizzas for us and some friends who were hosting us for the holidays. The pizzas are in pretty expensive ($26), so one would expect them to be amazing. With one of the pizzas we ordered we asked for them to add on artichoke hearts. When we got home, they had mixed up the artichoke hearts and put on anchovies. The pizza reeked of fish and was so salty that it couldn't be eaten. It truly was gross! I called them to ask them to resolve the issue...they stated that they could only give me a 25% discount on another pizza. After some more discussion, they said they would go to 50%. Now, 100% of the pizza was ruined and was in-eatable. They gave me the excuse that it wasn't the kitchens fault, that it was the servers fault. No matter who's fault it was, THEY could have made this right and given us the correct pizza that we wanted...they opted to say no and they just wanted more money out of us. I will never go there again and I will be sure that I let all our friends know as well. This was completely unacceptable! They gave us a pizza that we didn't order and refused to make it right! I guess the bottom line is more important than...

First thing to note - the restaurant is downstairs from Kobe Japanese restaurant, but there's no sign on the street level, so it can be a little confusing. Once you find it, though, it's a great experience! I am gluten free, and this is the next GF pizza I've ever had. They make their own GF pizza dough and it's amazing. Taste and texture are the closest to the gluten kind I've had in the past 3 years. For the first time, I felt like I was just having pizza, not a consolation prize! Be warned that there is a high chance of cross contamination as everything is made in a shared kitchen and oven. The pizza was a bit pricy, at $24 for a 14" cheese pizza (including a $4 upcharge for the GF crust), and the service was a bit slow, but the people were very kind and the food delicious. I would definitely return.

Food was fantastic, I also really love that you could get a slice of pizza and a salad for lunch. Being creekside I would imagine it's nice during the summer. The street side entrance was a bit confusing, but if u see the pic I added that's what u can look for at the street, go down the stairs and it's to the right. Service was disappointing, they were really nice but no one greeted me when I walked in, I stood around and waited but had to find a menu and seat myself. I was really hungry so I knew what I wanted right away, but it took like 10 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge I sat down. Big plus was free Bingo while I ate! Although I was too tired to stay the whole time, the Bingo host was the most attentive of all the staff.

Looks like a cool spot to grab a drink but I wasn't impressed with the pizza. Maybe they left my order back there a long time but the crust flaked into pieces and was so messy to try to eat. I paid $4 to add pepperoni and they didn't add it, and the center of the pizza was stuck to the box and really soggy- all the slices ripped in half and the toppings slid off. I showed up when they said for my order, and had to wait another 20 minutes to flag down a server to pick it up, despite several stopping by to use the register.
