McDonald’s is known for fast service, affordable prices, and consistent quality, but my recent experience at this particular location was the complete opposite. If I could give zero stars, I would. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that this McDonald’s was a disaster in every way possible.
First, the service was painfully slow. Despite ordering a simple meal—a cheeseburger, fries, and a drink—I waited nearly 30 minutes. There were only a few other customers, yet the staff seemed completely overwhelmed, moving at a snail’s pace with no sense of urgency. Even worse, no one acknowledged my presence or apologized for the delay. I stood at the counter while employees ignored me, chatting amongst themselves instead of focusing on their jobs.
When I finally received my order, it was completely wrong. Instead of a cheeseburger, I got a cold, unappetizing fish sandwich, and my fries were soggy and barely warm. The drink I ordered wasn’t even the right flavor. I approached the counter to politely ask for a correction, but the employee rolled their eyes, mumbled something under their breath, and took another ten minutes to fix a mistake that shouldn’t have happened in the first place.
The cleanliness of the restaurant was equally disappointing. The floor was sticky, the tables were covered in crumbs, and the trash bins were overflowing. To make matters worse, the soda machine was out of multiple drinks, and the ketchup dispenser was empty. It was clear that no one was maintaining the dining area, and the staff didn’t seem to care.
As for customer service, it was non-existent. The employees were rude, inattentive, and seemed annoyed at having to do their jobs. There was no greeting, no “thank you,” and certainly no effort to make the experience enjoyable. Instead, it felt like I was inconveniencing them by simply being there.
Overall, this was by far the worst fast-food experience I’ve ever had. Poor service, incorrect orders, unclean conditions, and an indifferent staff made this visit an absolute nightmare. Read moreI am a door dasher on weekends for extra money. I arrived on my electric bicycle at about 11:00 p.m. on 5-24-25. I had to go to the drive-thru as the inside was closed for the night. I waited at the drive-thru speaker for at least 5 mins no response but could hear people laughing over the intercom. So I decided to approach the window I was not being helped. When I got to the window I was very rudely told they don't serve bikes in the drive-thru by a group of young girls who again were mocking me for riding my bike through the drive-thru. I proceeded to tell them I was a doordasher picking up an order .(That should have been ready as it said so on the app and it had been 20 minutes since I took the order.) They told me it's going to be at least 5 minutes for the fries. I told them that's fine. Then they kept sending different people to the window to tell me my fries were not ready. So I waited all that time dealt with all the bull crap and they gave me this huge bag I thought nothing of it because it was a huge order. I dropped the order off and come to find out there was only one sandwich that wasn't even ordered by them and the fries the burger was a mess and the fries were cold. I didn't get paid for that job. I wanted to try the pumpkin spice drink that was advertised for $2.29 but the threw a fit with me over this. I asked for them to provide the promo price as advertised and they told me that it rings up at $4.89 or something. The lady at the window was usually friendly until today - asked me if I wanted to speak with the manager and I said sure. And the manager said the same thing the lady at the window said . The manager wasn’t mean but requested that yes, I go around in a very busy drive thru again to show proof of their own ad. So I did and took a picture and video of their promo price - they still gave me attitude and acted like I was a burden for simply wanting the drink that was advertised for $2.29 .
