After a long day of hiking in Aspen, I was so stoked to get to pop into Aviator Nation because I follow the sales online and I wanted to get my fit right before ordering sweats. It took the girls a minute to warm up to me because I’ve gotta lot of energy and I’m sure I’m not the normal snobby uppity clientele they’re used to. But these girls really were great. They helped me figure out what my size is now in sweats and got me to try on some new funky shorts that I was on the fence about but ended up buying. I only regret taking only two stickers. Lol. They also hooked it up with a nice tote bag and a coozie. I can’t wait to watch the sales and snag some more stuff. My buddie who bought the tie die shirt looks great in it too. We originally purchased a hoodie while visiting the Aspen store in late June 2025. After returning home, we realized the hoodie was damaged. We underwent a frustrating experience with their AI bot customer service and were unable to find resolution. Emails to their corporate office also went unreturned. As a result of this, we left a negative review of our experience. Within 30 minutes, we heard from Skye Vaughn, the regional manager for Colorado. I cannot express to you how above and beyond she went to rectify our issues and find a suitable replacement for the damaged hoodie we had purchased. While we didn’t buy anything I just wanted to say how kind the people were at the store yesterday. My son, who is 7, found some rocks that he was very proud of and was trying to sell them. The staff were so nice and took the time to check out his rock collection. They also had a lot of cool clothing in the store!...
