Ordered pizza online. Pizza was suppose to be delivered at 6:26 pm. At 6:22 pm I got a call from a lady that said they mixed up our orders and my pizza was sitting at her house. I waited 20 more mins with no phone call from Gambinos. I called Gambinos at 6:45 pm and actually talked to the owner. I explained the lady called me and said she had my pizza. I felt the owner tried dismissing my concerns by saying sorry we are just swamped. I asked her if she could guarantee my pizza was not opened, she said yes. My pizza arrived at 6:50 and all the delivery guy said was , sorry they gave me the wrong address. Pizza was completely cold. My husband called the pizza shop and the owner said she would give us a couple 1/2 off coupons. My husband told her we wanted a new pizza delivered and a full refund. The owner did not want to do that but after awhile agreed to a new pizza. I called the lady back that had my pizza. She explained she had my pizza at her house for 20 mins before they picked it back up and that she did open it and picked a green pepper off the pizza. That is when she realized the pizza wasn’t hers. My hubby called back down there and Jill , the owner, said pizza was on its way and she cancelled our payment for the pizza. As of now, 24 hours later , payment is still not refunded. We were constant customers but never again!! I used to eat here, ordered carryout or ate at the Buffet, but it went downhill a lot.
I am not sure what's going on, but the pizzas come out undercooked or the cheese isn't enough, sometimes the sauce is overwhelming (not in a good way) or tastes rotten.
If the pizza is wrong, tastes bad, or looks unappetizing and you take a single bite, they refuse to replace it unless you go down there and show them just how gross it looks or how it wasn't what supposed to be.
Why this is such a big deal: Sometimes kids are hungry and don't look and grab, then you realize it's incorrect or tastes bad or maybe something else.
Customer service needs an upgrade, it's been like this for years. I am always baffled by this decision. I get a business need to make money, but come on, not everyone is out here trying to screw them over.
Very sad, this place used to be really fantastic.
Eat here almost every Saturday for Buffet.
BUFFET - Pros: It's always fresh. Service is fast. Polite employees. Price is good.
Cons: Requests are limited. Calzone sometimes not cooked fully.

It was carryout so I had her switch to delivery. Time was then 6:08pm. Around 6:50...I called again wondering where out pasta...wings and sandwich were. I was told...well when you called and switched to delivery...our driver was already out....so when he gets back...he will pick it up. I asked if our food was still warm...yeah it's on the warmer. Another 15 mins went by...food arrived.....COLD! We were hesitant to ever order from here again because the last 3 times....we had service like this. After several months....almost a year....figured give one more try. Never again. At one time...it was our favorite place to get pizza etc.....it really has gonna down hill. Petes is worth going...
