My husband and I drove from Decatur to this Arby's location we got here at 8:30 pm we order 2 classic cheese steaks and waiting over 35mins before we got our sandwiches So we went to our car and I never drive off without looking at our food and surprise! It was like a nightmare 😫 The food was very cold and it look like Slop thrown on the bread there was barely no meat, it was cover in ranch sauce the steak didn't even look like steak and none of the ingredients weren't even on the sandwich not even the cheese I wish I could've taken a picture of what it look like but I was so angry I forgot. So we took the food back in the store and realized the employee didn't give us our receipt so I ask this employee for our receipt he try to ignore us about giving us our receipt then he finally gave to us after 20min so we ask for a refund and he said he can't give us our money back so I said well then exchange the so called sloppy cold steak sandwiches for burgers, the young man said he cannot do that, so I ask to speak to the manager and he said he was the manager, unbelievable! Your job is to satisfy your customers and make sure they happy with the food they purchase finally he said he call his general Mgr. and finally gave us what we wanted. We got to our car once again with the burgers and took a couple of bites and they tasted horrible I didn't know they deep fry the burgers and tasted like fried fish in old oil. This Arbys location has got to do better, I never had this problem with any of the other Arby's locations. These employees at this Howell mills location need to be trained the correct way to make and prepare good sandwiches. I WILL NEVER PATRONIZE THIS Arby's EVER...

Saturday was rough, but Amy at the Arby’s drive-thru? SHE WAS EVERYTHING. My mom and I rolled up craving comfort in the form of their always-delicious Hawaiian Fish Sandwich Deluxe, and Amy’s vibrant energy and radiant spirit instantly lifted our moods. She greeted us like we were old friends—her positivity was exactly the sunshine we needed to turn our day around.
Not only did she make our order seamless (shoutout to that crispy, flavor-packed fish sandwich!), but her infectious laugh and genuine warmth felt like a hug through the speaker. And just when we thought it couldn’t get better… Marcel came sprinting out with my mom’s forgotten apple turnover before we could even realize it was missing! His quick thinking and hustle? Chef’s kiss.
Amy, you’re a gem—your aura is pure magic, and you deserve ALL the flowers (and maybe a raise!). Marcel, thank you for going above and beyond to save the day (and the pastry!). The teamwork, the vibes, the service? Beyond on point.

Read moreI've never in my life experienced such poor customer service! I placed an order through a delivery service, and upon receiving my order, it was completely wrong! In addition to being extremely poor in quality. It was cold, and my fries were noticeably old as if they had been sitting for hours! My Big Cheesy Bacon Burger had absolutely nothing on it!! No bacon , sauce ,etc. No condiments in the bag, so on, and so on. I attempted calling the restraunt simply for a replacement, and the GM had the audacity instruct the young lady that answered the phone to tell me that they would not fix the problem because they'll be losing money if they replace my order!! I frequent Arby's for catering for my office, many of my company events ,and normally have excellent service. However, this was my first time patronizing this specific location. I called corporate, and not only was the lady who answered very nonchalant about the situation, but she made no real attempt to rectify the situation! I spent over 25 dollars and was only offered a free sandwich coupon! Not even a replacement of the same order!!
