Great Wraps — Restaurant in Atlanta

I chose today to do a random act of kindness. I had just received service from one of those one manned operations in the middle of the mall. The guy seemed really tired and I asked him if he was okay . He said yeah but I asked if I could get him lunch. He told me Great Wraps wings and the refill is free.

Long story short the woman here said the refill was a dollar, yes a dollar. I gave the dollar because again it was for someone who looked exhausted. Well I asked for a receipt and she said they don’t give receipts for that, really? Well I said I needed it one for the person I getting this for because he said it was free. I got the receipt but they get one star by default but truly zero stars for bad service...

I spent $16 on breakfast (I work in the mall), finally came back when I had time on my lunch break to ask for syrup that they forgot to add in the bag, and he told me it’s too late and they only give it during breakfast. Now I have $16 French toast that will probably be thrown in the trash because who wants to eat French toast without syrup?? Not to mention I eat here often!! I will never spend a dollar here again...

I requested for tomatoes and onions etc on my sub but when I got it didn't have the requested items. I went back to request and the guy serving said I didn't request it. I said I know what I ordered , the polite thing to do is to say sorry let me fix that for you. Instead he insisted that I hadn't requested then I said I know what I ordered.
