My girlfriend and I came in here looking for ASICS/New balances.

We were greeted promptly, the associates went to the back to grab the shoes , unfortunately they only had 1 of the sizes.

We wanted to have matching pairs so I decided to just order online. I told the associate we were going to order online ourselves(the associate offered to do it in store for us, but we decided to do it ourselves.) I handed the shoes to the associate to put back and we decided to go to one side of the store and look if there were any other pairs that interested us.

After the original associate that went to grab our original pairs came out to grab the returned pair and the two associates were talking to one another(not realizing we were still in the store), they were conversing and complaining and getting upset(out loud) that we didn’t buy anything but also that we didn’t let them order it in store for us, and that we chose to do it online ourselves.

Whether they make commission or not, it’s not that serious, if it is commission dont let one sale affect your mood. Ultimately we left and went to another location. It was very unprofessional of the girls. If you’re worried about commission, then you shouldn’t be making a fuss on the sales floor for people to hear.

By far the worst customer service I have dealt with from a shoe store. I called the store and asked for the color selection in a particular shoe that I was looking for. Instead of giving me the color selection, the associate proceeded to ask me "What color are you looking for." Well I'm not sure what color I want, so I wanted to know what colors are available at your store. Why is it so hard to tell me what colors you have available? So I asked her is there a way for me to go online and find what colors are available at her store. Her reply: "No. You can look and see what color the shoe comes in and ask me if it's available. Is that all you needed?" And then she hangs up the phone. Seriously... How lazy and rude can you be? I will not be going to this...

Worst experience, went to buy oncloud sneakers the personal very unprofessional, I tried asking a worker about the oncloud sneakers if they had them on my size he quickly just responded I'm clocking out (saw the same worker there still in store and going for more shoes at the back for other clients) when I finally approached to someone else to ask for my size they just scan the shoes and told me someone is going to get them at the back, I stand there for like 10 min no one came with the shoes or ask if I needed help, left the store frustrated and went to Bloomingdale's where they kindly assist me with the seakers and bought them there! Never going back to...
