Ian was our realtor for both buying our home and selling our home this Fall. He was amazing to work with. We did not love our previous realtor that we used when we purchased our first home, it seemed she only would do the bare minimum for us and didn't have answers to all our questions about the Atlanta neighborhoods we were looking to buy in, which was frustrating as a first time home buyer. Ian went above and beyond researching our current neighborhood and market values of homes in the areas, doing a full analysis on comps and then sending us a detailed email explaining his thoughts and facts he had pulled about the area to help us determine our list price. For the areas we were looking to buy in, he researched local and charter schools for us, as well as press about the neighborhood to help us feel great about our decision. He is insanely quick to respond to a text, email or phone call at any time of day. He helped us research moving and storage options to find the best value on short notice. When listing our home, he helped assess and point out things that needed to be updated and other things he felt were unnecessary, which was a huge help. For anything he recommended we change or update, he had contacts for us to reach out to and after comparing their quotes with others, they were the best value by a long shot and did incredible work for us. My wife and I met Ian at an open house about a year ago. We weren't actively looking, but if something caught our eye, we would take a look. Ian was hosting the open house and we had a connection from the time we met him. So, he took our information and had an idea of what our "dream home" would be. When he saw something that we may be interested in, he would send us the listing. This was extremely helpful since I never looked at homes....my wife did. Then, the first week in May, my wife told me that she found her "dream home". We didn't even think about calling another realtor.....we called Ian and he ran the process. He had us looking at that home the next day and had the seller's realtor looking at our home the following day. Long story short, we closed on the house we sold on July 2nd at 9:00am and our new house on July 2nd at noon. This was because of Ian's work....he was always accessible....he really does work 24/7, 365 days a year. He helped to make sure our home that we were selling was in tip top shape for pictures. As a matter of fact, he didn't like the original photos and hired another photographer to make sure they fit his standards. I could go on and on, but there is no other realtor we would call if we ever needed to sell...

I can not recommend Ian more highly, he is an absolutely wonderful realtor! I met Ian when he helped me and a couple friends find a rental house, and I was so impressed by his professionalism and knowledge of Atlanta that when I decided to buy a house for the first time, I knew I wanted to work with him.

Right from the get go, Ian was friendly, enthusiastic, and really made me feel like he wanted The Absolute Best for me. He is quick to follow up on any questions one might have, he really knows what he is talking about when it comes to houses and neighbourhoods; and most importantly, he is an absolute pleasure to be around - his upbeat energy is second to none and he made me feel motivated and excited for buying a house (something that I was nervous about). He talked me through every part of the process from narrowing down options, to visiting houses, to making an offer, to signing off. Additionally, he gave me great references for insurance, lenders, etc.
