I'm new to the area, and am big on supporting the locally owned businesses in the neighborhood. But this was a huge miss! -Food quality: 3/5 stars Burger was juicy and delicious, but had no tomato, a few shavings of lettuce and an onion slice. Just not what I expected for "everything on it". Fries were just ok, but no salt -Service: 1/5 stars I think the owner/ operator is struggling building his team (hence the Help Wanted signs in windows) and the young lady taking orders/ running the register doesn't care to be considerate, respectful or pleasant. Pricing: 3/5 According to the printed menus, the prices are rather reasonable. However, I was unable to get clarity on what I ordered/ was charged vs what I received -- over $5 for a half-handful of fries just doesn't seem good value (I added a charging block to one picture for perspective) -Atmosphere: 2/5 stars *IF* you eat here, to-go is my suggestion. Also, the menu is extensive, but many items may not be available I may consider going back once more to see if this experience was a fluke.

Nut allergy friendly except for the pies. As another reviewer stated, none of the prices on the menu match the actual charged price. Menu said the burger was $6 and the fries $2.50... I was charged $10.86 before tip for a slightly better than fast food, "fast casual" Classic burger and fries. Wasn't given the option of small or large fries. "Made to order" in that the patties are preformed and get thrown on a grill. Light lettuce, onion, tomato were fresh but very minimal. I asked for ketchup to go and was given two packets, nowhere near enough. Burger 3/5, fries 2/5 still mostly soggy even though they were freshly fried. Poor service gives this a 2/5 overall. People saying this is the best burger they've ever had need to try a real sit down burger establishment.

I ordered the bacon cheddar burger. It was delicious! The meat is well seasoned so the burger was very flavorful. It's a tad greasy, but that didn't bother me. The fries are what you would expect from seasoned fries, nothing special but still good. I went with 4 friends who all ordered a different kind of burger and they all had nothing but good things to say as well. One friend ordered the cucumber salad which was the only let down. No seasoning or dressing, just vegetables. The service was quick and friendly.

.25 stars! Jacob where are you? Don't let your placebe run down by crackhead cooks. Doris was really nice; however, they aren't a good look for this greasy spoon establishment. A great 🍔 Big Daddy was deflated by a disgusting cook who continually coughed into his 👕 adjacent to the grill directly in front of customers. He employed the same gloves he cooked and handled food with while accepting 💸 from customers. It's was stifling hot inside the quaint spot. As if we were on 🔥 or sitting atop the grill. Our order was incorrectly prepared by the caughing cook. Then the sweaty crackhead started to season the food after the cook already seasoned it which ensued an argument between them. Doris, store manager, I presume, scolded the crackhead in theback of the store about arguing in front of customers. Clearly she was loud enough for the entire lot (4) of customers to hear exactly what was said. Yes, down to her firing him and sending him on his way because of his defiance. He then decided to ask for his pay and cook himself lunch before he left. I was in utter disbelief of how things transpired. Jacob would never allow this disparity. I'm certain Doris is capable of recouping as she made it her business to satisfy her customers (myself & my co-worker) to the point of offering a free sandwich on pour next visit due to the discrepancies we experienced on our visit. I had not been there in over 2yrs and haveno intentions omn returning anytime soon. I enjoyed the cool breeze outside on the small patio and the cold ice water with my Big Daddy 🍔 done my way and complimentary 🍟. Delicious food, even with the volume of discrepancies we experienced. If you decide to partake; 👀 watch them closely as they cook your food. Better yet, request that Doris, prepare your meal....

On a typical day I would have rated this place at least four stars until today. Prior days I have been satisfied with my order and the service provided here. it can be hot in the location (since it is quaint), but they do work to get customers in and out with their orders. I had been downtown seeking a restaurant that served nice sized chicken wings and found them here :) I was, an at least twice a week customer for a 6 piece lemon pepper wings and fries. I wouldn't typically order the fries, however the wings selection are fries inclusive. Last Thursday I received my 9th stamp on my customer loyalty card and was happy thinking that my next order would be free of charge for my loyalty. Upon ordering my 6 wings and fries today, I was told that my tenth stamp would only go towards the cost of sandwich. With the loyalty card, no one ever informed me that my stamps would only add up to a sandwich. The manager told me that she would provide me with the wings only but would have to charge me $2.15 for the fries. But the wing selections are fries inclusive. i have never ordered only wings!! The manager knows me by name!!!! I thought that this was very PETTY for her to feel like she needed to charge me for fries as I not only had purchased the qualifying meals prior, but i have referred numerous co-workers and friend to eat at that location. I'm really torn as to whether or not to go back there for lunch. I really hate that this...

I went to this place for the first time today. I just started a new job around the corner and I’m looking for some places I can go regularly for lunch. I will never come here again. I ordered the fish combo that comes with 2 pieces. I received this tiny half filled container of hot sauce so I asked for another one. The very rude lady says “everything is in the bag.” I said I know I would like another hot sauce please. She then says it’ll cost 50 cents extra for another hot sauce. I said ok can I pay with my card? She tells me no so I said ok and she closed the window right in my face before I even walked away. That’s such terrible customer service. I was even willing to pay the .50 for another tiny container of hot sauce but they couldn’t take my card which isn’t my fault. I just hate when businesses would rather lose a paying customer than give up one extra condiment. They would’ve gotten that back 10 fold. The fries were good and the fish was fried well but it was bland and lacked seasoning. I’m sure I can find better at a place that values their customers a...
