I had literally never heard of a bag bnb. Best of Atlanta is not only a gift shop, they also store your luggage at crazy low prices! Adam assisted me in the store and was so kind and funny. I asked him a few questions as this was my first time visiting Atlanta and he was more than willing to chat with me for a bit. I felt very secure leaving my bag with him and the transaction was effortless. I ended up reserving only 1 bag instead of the 6 that were on the original reservation so Adam suggested I contact the Bnb company directly. I did and the company asked me to contact Best of Atlanta to prove that I only had the one bag checked in. I Called the number for Best of Atlanta and Hanan picked up. I explained exactly what I needed and within minutes she assisted me in obtaining my refund. This place is a true gem and Hanan and Adam were a complete pleasure to work with. If anyone is in the Atlanta area and needs their luggage stored for a length of time, this is the place to go. Not to mention they have great gifts and gear you can pick up also! Many thanks...

My experience at this store was awful. I was going to make a purchase and support a black owned business. The guy working in there Saturday, July 15th, 2023, was rude, nasty, condescending, and made hasty comments about women. Maybe he needs mental help or he's on drugs because that's the impression he gave. I feel sorry for his mother. I, for one, will NOT be back!!
