Ruby's Diner — Restaurant in Atlantic City

The cashier Naury/Naurys had such an unpleasant demeanor that I didn’t know that the order number printed on the receipt is not the order number they call. They call the number that they scribble on the receipt. I sat there for 30 mins waiting for a cheese burger . Mind you I sat right in front of the place. There weren’t a lot of customers, so I’m sure they knew who ordered what. Every time a woman called out number 16, while I am thinking I am number five, we make eye contact.After waiting for 30 minutes I got up and told that I have been waiting for 30 minutes for my burger. I Show them my receipt and unfortunately, I was waiting and listening for the wrong number. My food was already wrapped up in a to go bag. I also noticed that the chef was coughing a lot and was not wearing a mask. If you KNOW it’s my food, just wave me over…or if the cashier with the nasty attitude would have told me the actual number on they would have been calling that would have been helpful too. It wasn’t just me, another man was waiting and confused by this as well. He was looking at the register printed order # as well. My lukewarm burger was cool though , but service was trash 🗑️

I AM JUST WARNING ANYONE WHO VISIT THIS PLACE PLEASE JUST PLEASE BE CAREFUL IF YOU CHOOSE TO PROCEED WITH ODERING FOOD!! A FAMILY MEMBER OF MINE THAT WORKS FOR THIS PLACE HAS TESTED POSITIVE FOR COVID,THEY ARE NOT BEING TRANSPARENT WITH THE CLEANING, NOR THE TESTING OF THE EMPLOYEES THAT HAVE CAME IN CONTACT WITH MY FAMILY MEMBER.I JUST HAVE TO SPEAK UP BECAUSE DOING SO MIGHT HELP SAVE YOUR LIFE!!!! I THINK IT IS WRONG THEY DID NOT SHUT THIS DOWN FOR CLEANING NOR DID THEY GET THE EMPLOYEES THAT CAME IN DIRECT CONTACT TESTED!!SO THIS MIGHT POSSIBLY MEAN SOMEONE INFECTED MIGHT BE HANDLING YOUR FOOD!!!!!! AGAIN IM NOT SAYING DONT CHOOSE THIS RESTAURANT BUT IF YOU DO BE CAREFUL! THEY OWN ABOUT 3 OR 4 OTHER SPOTS IN THE FOOD COURT AS WELL SOUPMAN,THE PIZZA STORE, THE MEXICAN RESTAURANT,AND HAGAN DIAZ!! So they are racist & And they discriminated me because I don't EAT PORK . When I asked him to clean the grill and change their gloves, food, health, safety wise trust examination they told me they would not serve me. You told me to leave and And refuse my money for me. Getting some food for me and my kids because we do not eat pork so they discriminated me because I don't eat PORK !! Do Not giving them no business or No service !! I come here every week or maybe other every week at least three times in a month. Treat it like this because of my eating because I don't eat pork they should be thrown out.
