When down for a work conference and we were out shopping at the outlets. We stop in for a drink while waiting for our order a door was open and we thought it was a public bathroom . I went in to use the bathroom and heard the employee yelling and saying she was disgusted because a â customerâ used the bathroom . The other employees making the orders continuously apologized for her actions. The other employee took ownership for leaving the door open which made it seem like a public bathroom.
The employee then walk out in a rushing matter with a rag in hand while I am still waiting for my order to clean the bathroom as of it was contaminated because I use it. Itâs a shame that an employee would make a customer feel so dehumanized for using a âemployee bathroomâ which in the end is a public bathroom used by her coworkers and well the place is not her home. As a Director and supervisor of various employees , I would advise management to train staff better and to ensure employees have compassion. I would also suggest for employees to watch what they say in front...
Read moreThis is one Starbucks to avoid. It is small and very low volume located in Trump Plaza. They have only one employee without any supervision. I saw the barista give the Seinfeld Soup Nazi treatment to a nice gentleman because he didnât have his order ready. He was the only person in line. The barista blew up at him and called Trump security. She was acting crazy. She kept screaming, âWadda ya want, wadda ya want, give me your orderâ like a robot gone out of control. The poor guy left before security arrived so I donât know what they were going to do. I saw the whole thing and the gentleman didnât do or say anything wrong or unusual. He was elderly and just didnât respond quickly. I think the screaming may have confused him a little so he left. The employee was screaming, waving her arms and throwing things around. Maybe she didnât like the casual way he was dressed, I canât figure any reason for her weird behavior. There are plenty of other places to get a snack or...
Read moreThe location is great but the service is always very slow. The drinks are always on the dark side for some odd reason! Most of the time I have to request more creamer. It gets a bit annoying when you have to ask to add more creamer when you clearly request the drink to be on the light side at the time of ordering.
The other annoying thing is the tipping screen at the time of being charged for your order. I donât mind paying tips for any service I receive at a restaurant but for a cup of coffee at Starbucks!!!! HuhâŚ
I know this tipping thing is the norm across all Starbucks locations but itâs just a dumb idea. Tipping is justified and rightfully so at a restaurant, diner, barbershop, massage parlor, hotel house keeping, etc. Places where youâre actually receiving a service. Not for pouring some hot water in a cup which is why theyâre hired and getting paid to do in the...
