The location is great but the service is always very slow. The drinks are always on the dark side for some odd reason! Most of the time I have to request more creamer. It gets a bit annoying when you have to ask to add more creamer when you clearly request the drink to be on the light side at the time of ordering. The other annoying thing is the tipping screen at the time of being charged for your order. I don’t mind paying tips for any service I receive at a restaurant but for a cup of coffee at Starbucks!!!! Huh… I know this tipping thing is the norm across all Starbucks locations but it’s just a dumb idea. Tipping is justified and rightfully so at a restaurant, diner, barbershop, massage parlor, hotel house keeping, etc. Places where you’re actually receiving a service. Not for pouring some hot water in a cup which is why they’re hired and getting paid to do in the first place!

A bit of a long wait ⏳ — the line was super long and it honestly felt like there weren’t enough employees to handle the rush. Also, don’t be fooled by the photos online showing indoor seating — there’s actually NO indoor seating (supposedly they haven’t had any since Covid). Another thing to note: they don’t offer free refills on tea or iced coffee like many other Starbucks locations do ☹️. On the plus side, there is outdoor seating if the weather’s nice 🌤️. Overall, it felt like your typical Starbucks ☕, just way busier than usual — probably because it’s inside what feels like the most crowded store in the entire (and kinda dilapidated) Tanger Outlets 😂. Enjoy! 🙌

This is the slowest Starbucks I've ever been to..I came two days in a Ross and the first day I waited in line for 20 mins just for them to announce we have to wait another 20 minutes to order drinks,so I left walked to the boardwalk location and got my drink right away, second day 5-7-23 I waited 20 minutes to order and now a half hour to receive my drink , this is what they do every day make drinks the same drinks and they are terribly slow at it, will never come here again . The pictures are people who are waiting.

When down for a work conference and we were out shopping at the outlets. We stop in for a drink while waiting for our order a door was open and we thought it was a public bathroom . I went in to use the bathroom and heard the employee yelling and saying she was disgusted because a “ customer” used the bathroom . The other employees making the orders continuously apologized for her actions. The other employee took ownership for leaving the door open which made it seem like a public bathroom.

The employee then walk out in a rushing matter with a rag in hand while I am still waiting for my order to clean the bathroom as of it was contaminated because I use it. It’s a shame that an employee would make a customer feel so dehumanized for using a “employee bathroom” which in the end is a public bathroom used by her coworkers and well the place is not her home. As a Director and supervisor of various employees , I would advise management to train staff better and to ensure employees have compassion. I would also suggest for employees to watch what they say in front...

This is one Starbucks to avoid. It is small and very low volume located in Trump Plaza. They have only one employee without any supervision. I saw the barista give the Seinfeld Soup Nazi treatment to a nice gentleman because he didn’t have his order ready. He was the only person in line. The barista blew up at him and called Trump security. She was acting crazy. She kept screaming, “Wadda ya want, wadda ya want, give me your order” like a robot gone out of control. The poor guy left before security arrived so I don’t know what they were going to do. I saw the whole thing and the gentleman didn’t do or say anything wrong or unusual. He was elderly and just didn’t respond quickly. I think the screaming may have confused him a little so he left. The employee was screaming, waving her arms and throwing things around. Maybe she didn’t like the casual way he was dressed, I can’t figure any reason for her weird behavior. There are plenty of other places to get a snack or...
