This Pandora store doesn't even deserve a 1 star. I went for the weekend to AC spending my anniversary there and I wanted to get some new charms for my Pandora bracelet. When I walked into the store I did get acknowledge by a guy their I didn't catch his name. I ask him if they can clean my Pandora bracelet and he made an expression in his face like he didn't like what I had said to him and said hmmmmm( with attitude). So he looked over to a woman name Jaenelle and she intervene and said "Oh no we have an audit tomorrow and we are not going to clean your Pandora bracelet. I asked if I can just leave it and pick it up in the morning and she then again said " No". I asked again she interrupted me and said well where do you live with a little attitude, and I told her am from NYC and she then said " well there's Pandora stores over there just go and get it clean by where you live." Now is that a way to speak to a customer? No not at all. I just walk out and didn't buy anything. WILL NEVER EVER EVER WALK IN TO THIS PANDORA TO WASTE MY TIME OR MONEY!!!! HORRIBLE...
Read moreI visited Pandora in Atlantic City yesterday, June 7th around 5 PM and had a truly disappointing experience. Our interaction with the representative, Casandra, was far from what I expected. From the moment we walked in, she seemed disinterested and had an attitude that made us feel unwelcome.
Despite being in the store for a while, she ignored us and prioritized other customers, which was incredibly frustrating. We decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and returned later, hoping for a better experience, but unfortunately, we were greeted with the same negative attitude.
When we asked for assistance with cleaning our bracelets, Casandra flatly refused, stating that those services are only offered Monday through Thursday. This lack of flexibility and unwillingness to help was disappointing.
Overall, it was a bad experience, and I believe that if someone doesn’t want to work or serve customers, they shouldn’t be in that position. I hope management takes this feedback seriously to improve customer service...
Read moreThey had a Sale it was actually my bday that day!It wasn't busy but they were closing, the young lady was kind an informative, the sale items were ok, mine seem to cost more. The bracelet was good,I purchases 7 charms my birthstone shappire, n my Initials XO etc n others, They charge 4 the key that unlocks ur bracelet that should b free with 150 or more and the cleaning cloth too, thats ridiculous! my experience was ok. the coupons didnt apply to there sale a tactic , I saw in all the Dept. stores I use my AARP an my coupon booklet but instead of allowing us to use both we could only use there discount or the book which was a total diffrent sale item n two (2) charms. I felt they just wanted to leave they didnt want to be bothered. I dont think i will go there again, But i will attempt...
