My husband placed a large order for our family on April 12 around 7:15 PM. He ordered through the online app and put it through for door Dash delivery. The app said that we would receive our food at 8:18 PM. By the time it was 8:30 and we had no updates or further information he decided to call the store and told them not to worry about having it go through door dash and that I would be coming to pick it up. I got there to pick it up, and for the first time, they said they didn’t have the meat for our sandwiches, didn’t have the milk for our daughter, didn’t have the lemonade my son ordered. I had to call my husband while I stood there at the counter, waiting while the teenagers were horsing around. I handed my phone to the “manager” on duty to figure out how he wanted to try to salvage our order. I walked with my son to get a different drink, I heard a woman come in and say she was there for Door Dash, for our order, an hour and a half after it was placed, the order I just picked up. We were not refunded the extra money we lost, not credited for the substitutions that we had to take, nothing. As my son was filling his cup, I heard a couple teenagers say, as I stood there, still in the lobby, that “the order was just picked up for taking too long, even though it’s only been like 10 minutes.” I turned around and said, I was there, our order was placed at 7:15, it’s almost 9. As we left, I heard them laughing and saying “there is NO way it was an over hour!” I saw the order info with my own eyes. I just walked out. They are childish, careless, disrespectful little jerks that don’t know one iota about customer service. Let alone proper business etiquette. We will NEVER go there again. Read moreWe entered the building to place a "to go" order and use the restrooms. My husband opened the marked Men's restroom to find the door unlocked and a female employee sitting on the toilet. The Women's restroom was locked, so I went to the counter to order. A man in the back area said he'd be right with me. Two female employees then entered the area behind the counter. One apologized, and said she'd take my order from the drive thru register area. It was odd to call out across the room instead of having her across the counter. I ordered two bacon egg and cheese English muffins for my husband, and one sausage egg and cheese English muffin for myself. The man in the back told the other employee to come back there and she could learn to make a sandwich. We received our food quickly and got back on the road. We received one bacon and cheese English muffin, no egg; and two sausage and cheese English muffins, no egg. There was no receipt in the bag, so I don't know if the register girl keyed it in wrong, or if the guy and the girl made them wrong and completely omitted eggs. Also, the freshly made sandwiches were barely warm. Meat from a warming tray placed on a room temperature bun with a cold slice of cheese. I did use the restroom that one of the employees had vacated. There were paper towels and toilet paper on the floor. The employee should have picked that up before she washed her hands and exited the restroom. That's why atmosphere received 1 star. I worked at a Wendy's during my high school years. After not being greeted when we walked in and stood for a few minutes deciding what to order, we decided to order using the kiosk since it said cash and card. We ordered, and I chose the cash option. After waiting for 5 minutes, 1 of the workers yells up to us that we need to use the kiosk to order. I said that we did, and I just needed to pay she huffed and said you should have paid with a card because I don't have time to do the register as they were short staffed. I said oh I'm sorry, I didn't know that since it wasn't posted anywhere about only using a card. She took my money and then walked away without giving us our cups. Ok, no biggie. 15 min later while watching them yell at other customers that they will not be taking anyone's orders and that if they can't pay with card to leave I walked back up to see about my order as others that arrived after me had gotten their order....she replied oh I forgot about your order. What did you get? I cleared your order from the screen already. After having to go find my receipt to show her what I ordered and waited another 10min I received our food that wasn't hot. My husband's chili container wasn't even closed to being at least half full. The inside was dirty and sticky.
