We went on a Tuesday around opening time (1pm). I expected to see kids since this is essentially an icecream shop but it was full of adults lol. It’s a ridiculous amount of shake (and icecream sandwich topper) for one person! But for $8, that’s incredible! Ours was kinda melted when we got it. There’s no menu online, and it’s a small space. Essentially no seating, so have a plan in mind where you want to eat it. And sometimes it looks like there’s an ordering line out the door but really it’s just people waiting on their shakes. And we didn’t get any napkins, so bring your own (?) oh- and it’s a paper straw. So you can imagine how soggy it will be by the time you get to the bottom of the shake (but save the turtles, right?). It was ok for a one time experience.

If you want a good milkshake and are willing to wait an ungodly amount of time for no reason come to this place. I stood outside and went inside to watch the production of these shakes and I have to say I have no idea why it takes so long with 3 people in the back making them. The milkshake was good don't think otherwise but I don't think the wait for an $8 milkshake is worth it unless you're walking around downtown to pass time.

This place is a MUST try!! We had a Oreo Crazy Shake with peanut butter cups. It was delicious. Service was amazing and so patient with my undecidedself. We will definitely go again.

Terrible experience! I have NEVER written a review on a company because I have never felt the need to bash someone for a one-off day they may be having. I understand that everyday won't be a great day and sometimes you get those customers that cannot be pleased no matter what you do or say but our experience here today calls for a review. Let's begin. To start off we drove TWO hours to get here. Of course there is nothing this establishment can do about where we live and where they are located. We wanted it so we took the drive. Now when we arrived we were told there was a TWO hour wait....for milkshakes? Still we did not call ahead to get any information so we were fine with the wait because that was on us. The problem and cause for this review is that we were told to wait the two hours COME BACK AND THEY WOULD BE ABLE TO TAKE OUR ORDER. Can someone and I mean ANYONE explain to me why after those TWO hours we were told "we're closed for the day" at 5pm nowhere near closing time. Now we understand things can happen that are outside of our realm of control and there isn't much you can do in those situations. My issue is when we came into your establishment the FIRST time you should have known and informed us THEN that we would not be able to place an order. Not have us waste TWO hours waiting for you guys to play catch up then when we return tell us you cannot give us what you told us we would be able to have if we waited. Is there not a Sam's Club or Costco in the area someone could have went to for supplies to finish out the day? Are there not backup plans in place? If all you do is shakes how do you not have what you need? Hell you could have poured me a glass of milk that would have been better than leaving me to walk away empty handed....

Small business I wanted to show support however, the owner needs to overhaul the processing of orders and tidy up the place. The photos of the ice cream shakes offered drew me to this ice cream parlor , but the wait time for a simple scoop of ice cream in a cup is insanely unacceptable. The orders came out in just in order, people after us who ordered more elaborate orders got theirs before a small cone came out. It was weird. Then they held up the pint corner to show me the flavor of ice cream, and I’m not against people serving Walmart pint icecream but I mean people can buy a pint of ice cream from the store for the same price they selling a scoop in a cup for, I’m not knocking the hustle but I don’t think it’s a wise decision to remind people of that 😬. I don’t know if the wait time is long because the server is slow in the process of making the orders or the Walmart ice cream pint is so cold that it’s taking a minute for it to be scooped out the container.

I do not recommend this place to anyone because I read prior reviews and the reviews were accurate. Also On a Saturday (any weekend day) a restock should be done before the weekend to eliminate the absence of what is to offer. I watched a family in front of us wait to receive ther 2nd child’s order and by the time she received it the 1st child was done 😬. Same...

I went with my boyfriend and two friends on Sunday 6/13/21. I ordered the oreo explosion and my bf got a vanilla shake. After 15/20 minutes, my oreo explosion came out and we proceeded to wait approx 45 minutes for a vanilla shake. There's only about 4/5 chairs for seating total that I could see inside and the shop is about the size of a walk-in closet give or take. So, there was nowhere to wait inside and no outside seating at all. I stood in the heat and ate my shake for a few minutes over a plant pot that was filled with muddy water and cigarette buds before I lost my appetite. I was trying to be forgiving since I enjoy seeing small businesses succeed, but the customer service is what did it for me. After seeing folks who came after us getting their shakes and approx 30 minutes, my bf asked an employee for an eta and with an attitude she replied "we're coming with it" and another lady asked the same question and she ignored her and walked away. This just created a nasty vibe. Tbh, I hope this business improves and understands being kind and having great customer service can take you far especially if you lack in other...
