Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Aurora

Carl, the owner of Jimmy John's on 59th and 75th is one of the most unprofessional business owners I have ever spoken with.  I just placed an on-line order for two sandwhiches and requested an extra packet of mayo and dijon mustard.  This is my usual on-line order.  I have ordered from them dozens of times.  Again, I did not get the extra packets (not a huge deal) but the bread was HARD...difficult to eat hard.  I used to work at a Jimmy John's so I fully understand the shelf life of the bread and if they send it out too early too warm it will harden up.  I decided enough was enough and I called.  Unfortunately the person who answered the phone was not empowered to make a decision that would satisfy a customer, so I was put on hold (a few times) to speak to Carl.  He quickly informed me that the bread could not possibly be hard because they are currently out of it...what does that mean exactly?!?  I asked for him to either bring new sandwhiches, mayo & dijon,  or credit me.  He snapped back with, "So you're upset because they didn't bring you dijon".  His response was not only inappropriate, but it was said in such a sarcastic manner that I knew I would get nowhere and hung up.

It's too bad that he treats his clients the way he does.  It's too bad that he is allowed to run a business and get away with it because he carries the name Jimmy John's and he has a...

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I am a big fan of Jimmy Johns but this has got to be the worst location ever. When I placed an order at jimmy johns for a delivery, the driver inputted his own tip without my consent. This was the SECOND time this has happen to me. The first time I bypassed it but this time it just showed how greedy a person can be. I called their store everyday and it’s been a month and I still haven’t been refunded when they verbally confirmed that they were going to provide me my funds back. I called today and the manager was very rude when they toke my money. I’ve been patient with them but it sucks hearing from the manager that I have to call my bank and do a dispute. The Food is Typical Jimmy John's. ... However, their delivery is anything but "Freaky Fast." My establishment is 15 minutes away, and they are usually there 45 min- to an Hour after the Order was made (and paid for). Call at 6:30pm thinking I'll my food before 6:50pm ... Nope, 7:20- 7:30pm!!!! ... 'The Driver got Lost' is their favorite Excuse!!

It's NOT their first time delivering to Us. I had a requested a Set Time of Delivery, due me being on 2nd Shift, and only getting a certain time to eat Lunch. Driver was Late, again!!, and wasted half of my Lunch Time. And on Occasion the driver has upped and Left when I was walking to the door, after their arrival call was made. Thus, making Me wait longer for my food.
