Me and my girlfriend come here all the time and it's always good. Unfortunately this time was not a good experience i was very sad when I asked for a small amount of Jalapeños the gentleman in the teal shirt was very rude and put a huge scoop on my burrito. I was cool with it because whatever I can handle the heat ok. Seemed to be having a bad day. When me and my girlfriend sat down to eat I started eating my food and it completely fell apart. I hadn't eaten all day and was hoping to be able to eat the tortilla with my burrito. Nope! Completely fell apart. The girl rolling the burritos squished it into the foil. I had to go get a fork and eat the inside of the burrito without the tortilla. It became very messy and I left still hungry. It was so unsatisfying that I go to a place to eat to fill up on something that I have to pay for and not get the results I typically get. They also never asked if we had a punch card so I totally forgot and didn't get my punches. I was so annoyed that we just left. Hopefully management can get a grip on the employees here. It's not hard and if you hate the job and don't want to be there then find what makes you happy instead of taking it out on the customers who are paying. It was also very busy which I get but it's no excuse to ruin someone's food and let it fall apart. I had to get the chicken because the steak looked horrible. Disappointing.
