The owner of the truck explained the unique background of the coffee shop, with the beans essentially sourced from his family farm in Ecuador and roasted in San Antonio. The powder for it wasn’t even stirred in and i had to throw it away. It was a twelve ounce and cost me almost seven dollars and wasn’t even good.

There’s nothing crazy about the taste but that’s exactly why I love it. I love my coffee simple and smooth—not bitter. While some food trucks pride themselves (and rightfully so!) on their unique coffee flavor profiles, I strongly prefer what I think a “classic” cup of coffee should taste like.
