I've been to Pinch so many times now and the fried chicken bento box is always delicious! The owner is also really nice - I was the only one there at 10:30 AM (right when it opened LOL) and he offered to let me try some of the beef when I asked what it tasted like. It was thinly sliced and marinated beef brisket with onion, and it was amazing! I really enjoyed the umami aspect of it and will definitely have to order a beef box next time. Overall, this is a great place to go to if you want cheap, yummy food and to support a small business! Pinch is truly a staple of UT and I highly recommend checking this place out if you're on campus!

We originally wanted to go to the food truck next door but it was closed. Pinch was our 2nd choice but it was actually a nice surprise. It specializes in Japanese fried chicken bento box, the menu is limited but it allows the kitchen to focus on their ingredients. I had the spicy mayo chicken bento box, it comes with rice, broccoli, cabbage and radish. The chicken was super tender, perfectly marinated and fried. The rice is quite dry and the vegetables don't do much to this dish. Overall, I would come back for the chicken and the price, as it was very reasonable.

March 11th was my first time there. The food was sooo tasty! Not enough sauce to be honest but they gave me a little more on the side. The food was hot and fresh. They gave me a lot more chicken than what I was expecting and the pieces of chicken were pretty big! I got a teriyaki bento box and my boyfriend got the spicy mayo bento. I personally liked the teriyaki a lot more. It wasn’t too pricey, you get your money’s worth. Definitely a good replacement for Don’s (rip). Highly impressed with everything.

Prepare to have your taste buds transported to culinary nirvana! My recent visit to this food truck was nothing short of a gastronomic odyssey. From the moment I sunk my teeth into their signature dish, I knew I had embarked on a flavor journey of epic proportions. The first bite sent shockwaves of pure bliss through my entire being, and each subsequent morsel was a symphony of taste that danced upon my palate.

The chef at this food truck is nothing short of a culinary wizard. Their ability to transform simple ingredients into mind-bogglingly delicious creations is nothing short of alchemical. I suspect there's a dash of magic hidden in every dish.

The ambiance at this food truck is unlike any other. The vibrant colors, the sizzle of the grill, and the intoxicating aroma that fills the air create an atmosphere that's equal parts tantalizing and welcoming. It's the kind of place where you can't help but strike up conversations with fellow food enthusiasts, united in your quest for the perfect bite.

And let's talk about the portions – they are incredibly generous! I left with a belly full of happiness and a smile that could rival a Cheshire cat's. I can't wait to return and explore more of their menu, but I'll have to pace myself, for I fear my taste buds might not be able to handle such unadulterated ecstasy on a daily basis.

In conclusion, this food truck isn't just a place to eat; it's a culinary voyage, an emotional experience, and a testament to the artistry of food. If you're ready to have your taste buds transcend to a higher plane of existence, do yourself a favor and visit this food truck. You'll thank me later. Bravo, food truck...

It's a great place and I love how it tastes; it's the first place I've given this many chances to. It's too often that I get my chicken and go home, only to find that some of it's been under-cooked. I'm someone who loves to cook and uses chicken a lot, so I know for sure when I get a box with undercooked chicken. I've gone back several times since the first time, but the majority of the time i've found fairly raw chicken in my food.

This chicken isn't just, "Oh, this is slightly undercooked for my taste" but rather "oh this is pretty raw, I feel uncomfortable eating this because it's nearing the level where I can't eat this without worrying about my health"

It seems that most people have a great experience though, and honestly I would encourage anyone reading this to give it a shot. I'm only posting this to let these people know that they have an issue somewhere that could honestly lead to someone getting sick.

I'm not going anymore for this year, although I hope to give it another go when the next school semester starts.

Don't get me wrong, it seems to be a well organized business, I guess it's just that something's being done wrong in the process. Maybe it's just me and my insanely bad luck, maybe it's just employees cutting corners, but something has to change because I'm tired of having to throw away some of my food. Especially after having...

They offer a significant discount if you give them a five-star rating. So just be aware that the rating has been skewed/gamed/biased. The prices keep going up, so everyone probably leaves a five-star review for the discount and forgets about it. I'm only now remembering to change my rating.

The food is nothing to brag about. The white rice is usually overcooked, though I guess that's standard for a campus food truck. I usually order the tofu bento, and they put a reasonable amount of tofu inside. But otherwise it's a bland dish--white rice, broccoli, and tofu, drizzled with a little bit of sauce. They don't even mix it together for you. One could probably make it at home for much cheaper. Unfortunately, I had to eat here because I had skipped lunch and was hungry in between classes and it was conveniently located. That is, I...
