My wife and I went in because we saw that they had karaoke and wanted to join in. Little did we know that it was selective karaoke. The "dj" was wearing an awful wig which seemed fun at first until we realized that his personality was as awful as the wig. I went up to request a song to sing and upon requesting he claimed he couldn't hear me, so I repeated with better enunciation and he still claimed he couldn't hear. He then gave me a piece of paper to write my request and present to the bar staff. A brush off, obviously. In the meantime, my wife requested a song, which he took directly, and we waited. I realize that women singing is far more appealing and lucrative to a business than a man singing, however, when we entered there was a 10 minute gap between people singing, so obviously the demand was low. I went back up to request a pen (which my wife had been given) and the "dj" claimed he had none. I called him out and he found one miraculously! He then told me he didn't think there would be enough time (40 min) to do the song. I asked as a man to man courtesy if my song would be played and he (feeling threatened) asked if I wanted to "go outside". This was appalling behavior. I then asked his name saying I would give him a poor review online, to which he said his name was Phil. I smelled a phony so i went to the bar and asked his name, they told me "jamo". At the bar he confronted me and took my drink and threw it behind the bar. Again he threatened me with violence... At this point a bouncer had to intervene and offer me a new drink at the upstairs bar. Upon leaving the outside bouncer told me I should head East towards the man I had an altercation with. I was shocked. Is this place run by the mob? Or do they just act like it? Avoid it...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe worst place ever. We celebrated birthday of our friend and ordered a cocktail. It was disgusting, sour undrinkable liquid. So we came to the bar to let them know about it, where bartender said she never made it for us and they donāt even have that cocktail in the menu. We asked where we get it from though she said like you probably made it by yourself. (WHAT?!) Then we called a manager, who seemed unprofessional as well and he said to us there is no problem with the drink and all they can do to us is nothing. I asked him to spell me his name to complain about that situation on their official website but he just said it to me and went away. I asked to call him again but everyone kept telling he canāt come. Also all the time while we had conversation with them the bartender and the manager whispered to each other, smiled and were mean to us. They both were rude and didnāt take us serious. After all of that they just kicked us out. I strongly recommend everyone to avoid visit that place. Waste of...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe bartender there was pretty rude, I hardly experience any nice bartenders there though. Maybe people would not take my review seriously but I've been attending to that place since when I was 21, and now I'm 27, their vibes always been sucks. I'm deaf and one of bartenders have had some misunderstanding communicate with me then, she decides to not give me the drinks just because I told her that my name was on an open tab because one of bartenders from downstairs told me that the open tab would work with all bars even upstairs while i asked that bartender if he was sure and he said yes. While I tried to order more drinks upstairs and that lady was cruel and thought I was lying about the open tab or something then I realize that open tab wasn't true after all so I tried to hand out my credit card, she refused to work with me. She decide to not make the customer happy, unfortunately. Not all deaf people are the same, the same concept as...
