Smoking Caterpillar — Local services in Austin

Used to like coming here, I worked down the street so I was a regular and I probably spent about $150 a week here if not more, but recently service has gone down hill alot, and the employee I encountered today was especially rude. I'd rather walk an extra 2 blocks and go to the smoke shop on congress, they have better prices and they actually appreciate their regulars. Safe to say I won't be spending any more money at caterpillar. Normally id give them a second chance because I've been spending $500 or more per month there since 2023 but the employee tonight went out of his way to be rude and confrontational so ill be taking my buisness elsewhere from now on (and saving money because everything at caterpillar is extremely overpriced). Went in and spent over $100 on stuff I needed also left the dude a tip. I left across the street and the esco bar I had bought was over heating and malfunctioning I went back into the shop about 10-20 minutes later and he looked at me with a smirk and said there was nothing he could do. Short guy blond hair never going here...

Absolutely terrible customer service. The guy working there now, picked up the phone and hung up to call someone else. I called back and the line was busy. Called 8 more times before getting through and claimed "...must of been your phone dude..."...
