If I could give it zero stars I would!! THE WORST STARBUCKS LOCATION!!! I went in there this morning to get a coffee before work. I ordered it ahead using the app because I didnât want to be late. Turns out that when I got to the store it was an absolute mess. Out of the seven baristas, none was quick enough to serve the huge line by the mobile order. Instead of working together as a team they were in each otherâs way. I asked the nearest barista about my order about three times and all they had to say was âweâre working on itâ but never actually finished my order. I was supposed to be at work at eight oâclock sharp but I waited in line until 8:40am hoping to get my coffee. Instead of finding a better way to organize and hand people who were actually there, their drinks they called names of people who werenât even present. A young lady in front of me was gong through the same problem. She was already late to work and decided to leave without her drink because of the mediocrity of the employees. Eventually I gave up on waiting and LEFT WITHOUT A DRINK THAT I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR!!!! The baristas were moving very slowly probably some of the slowest baristas Iâve ever seen!!    Read moreThis place is small but LOUD. I believe everyoneâs ears are clogged from altitude (and perhaps attitude). Haughty little town trying its best to be fair, kind and just and doing a pretty good job. Itâs harder to be nice when youâre not into it so A+. I have to say itâs times like this Iâm proud of that green seaweedy mermaid thing standing by its moral foundation. I would have gotten the look at least by now! Itâs never the âleave nowâ, itâs the attitude and shared negative energy that makes one uncomfortable. Thanks! Anyways... I wasnât greeted. First time in forever. I couldnât open my lid and asked for help (I donât need a reason) and instead of offering it with a smile and gratitude to help, she opened it and set it down abruptly as if I were less then. Of course my perception might be 25% sprinkled with feeling like a failure against my recent injury. There are only 2? Outlets. Not much seating and the parking is doable, but limited. The coffee is the sameâsometimes they get it right, sometimes not. The Sumatra is losing its kick?? Doubt itâs an individual franchise problem (there is that altitude and cold thing..).    Read moreThis is the worst Starbucks in the Valley. They have the MOST workers out of any Starbucks around and are the slowest to create orders. Today I had to chose this location sadly and just wanted a simple iced latte. Right as my order was about to be taken, some hefty girl "worker" in street clothes comes out from the back and stops the whole operation. She proceeds to have the staff make her and only her drink orders. Someone else had to take my order and my latte was sitting on the table for 10 mins with only espresso in it before they finally "remembered" after the worker got her last drink out of a huge order. Since when does working for Starbucks mean the entire staff caters to a worker who "just got off" and "really needs to go". So shameful! There's two girls at the Safeway location that could run circles around this WHOLE location, and I'm sorry my money didn't go to them today. MAMANGERS PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT YOUR LOCATION, IT IS THE WORST ONE WITH THE WORST ATTITUDES! So...
