Habibi Shawarma — Restaurant in Baltimore

I ordered 2 chicken sharwarma wraps and asked my partner to pick it up for me, but got 2 plates of French fries & tiny-pieces-sharwarma that looks like dumplings. I almost ran mad when I saw this. I called the following day to complain but the lady who spoke to me said I should make sure I get my orders right next time and it's not her fault because she wasn't on duty and she would make sure to tell her boss and the person on duty....and that's all I can get! She said I shouldn't have ordered, as online ordering is meant for regulars but the guy I spoke with to make enquiries about their sharwarma said I must order 30mins before pickup....which was what I did. It's a total waste of money especially when I ordered for 2. I ordered 2 wraps because i was craving, now a total waste. They have no good customer relations. As a first time buyer at this shop, I am highly disappointed to...

I asked the young man take my order for a grilled chicken platter and I said it comes with the rice and salad correct….he begins to explain to me what the wrap and the platter is as if I didn’t know this is Baltimore its hala restaurants and food trucks everywhere…..so after he’s done showing me pictures I said ok like I said I want the platter then I saw they had uncle Ben’s rice the one that comes in the pouch that you microwave for 90 seconds so I asked him is that what yall use for the rice?! He said yes and I’m like you can literally make this at home it was a lot better than the first time I had it but the customer service stinks and the fact that this is Baltimore and your trying to explain to me what a platter with white sauce is is insane and they didn’t put the hot sauce...

Poor service poor ownership. Came in at 8:15 stood at the counter for 5 min while the employees prepared food. No one acknowledged us. 5 min later the owner came out and said sorry we just closed 2 min ago. I said I have been standing her for the last 5 min looking to order. She said I’m not serving you. You can come back so other time. Why would o ever come back lol. I live upstairs and I’ll never be back and I’ll make sure my staff who works across the street never comes either. I’m frustrated yes, but on top Of everything their food standards were very poor. I would expect them to get a health code violation shortly.

Tried to call owner would not...
