I want to give a big shoutout to the manager and kitchen crew at the Honeygrow in Baltimore. I visited on June 19th around 7 PM, and the service was top-notch from start to finish.
The manager was attentive, professional, and made sure the dining area stayed clean and welcoming. It was clear they were on top of everything, keeping the team organized and the energy positive.
The kitchen crew deserves just as much praise. My order came out quickly, fresh, and exactly as requested. You could tell they were working efficiently and taking pride in what they were serving. The food was delicious, and the presentation was great for a fast-casual spot.
It’s rare to see such solid teamwork and consistency, especially during peak hours. Thanks again to the whole team for making the experience smooth and enjoyable!

Really bad experience here. They give our company 20% off on Friday through August 31, but the cashier MONIQUE didn't apply it correctly. This has happened twice on me, last Friday and this Friday. I even asked her for three times before paying and she confirmed it's 20% off. But when I questioned why it's 15%, she said I just hit wrong button. I was the only person front of the POS to pay and she did not even look at one customer standing in right front of her. After a good 7 minutes, she asked me my ticket number and I showed the ticket and she again did not even look at what I showed right next to the POS and kept asking me the number until I said. there are about 5-7 automated system to make the service faster and nicer and I was the only person used and waited to pay, pointless.
