The store had a wide variety of items. I believe it was the store owner or manager that was very inviting and engaging. However, when we went to cash out the cashier was HORRIBLE. She was rude right from the beginning. After she scanned my items I went to pay. She just stared at me. I went to put my card in the reader and she stopped me and said I don’t have everything. I was clearly very confused and she just kept repeating she doesn’t have everything. It took a second for me to realize what she meant and that my 6-year-old was standing behind me with the items she wanted to purchase that I thought were already scanned. Please retrain your cashiers. If it wouldn’t have upset my daughter I would have absolutely ended the...
Read moreOn 9/11 at 3:45PM I was in your store at inner harbor Baltimore. I did not realize you could not sample and grabbed a chocolate pretzel from the container. (My mistake I know it’s the pandemic but just wasn’t thinking) Your employee Molly came over and snatched the container from me, and humiliated me in front of the entire store. Told me why would I touch them in the middle of a pandemic and what was wrong with me. I apologized and she continued to say things out loud in front of the entire store, and walked over the other associate to continue to talk about me in which I told her to please stop talking to me like I was a child in which she responded in front of everyone that “I had problems” I am someone who suffers from bipolar disorder and medicated for it. For her to call out my mental health in front of an entire store for them to hear, when I did not disrespect her once was completely uncalled for. my family stood in line and continued to purchase items. She then called security and said it was over a mask, when I had a mask on the entire time and you can gladly watch your...
