They have a good NY style dough. They are new and I hope they will consider criticism, I ordered 2 slices of the caprese and bottled water. Cost $20. To start they are trying too hard to validate their overpriced menu, using 2Xs the cheese that is needed and then adding the fresh mozzarella. When cooked the pizza was oily and being a cheese lover, ironically I felt the quantity of cheese was overdone. In short "good pizza, over priced, and needs to have the appropriate proportions of ingredients, allow the extra cheese to be requested, also my edge crust was slightly under cooked and doughy which may be one off.. The pizza was better than most Maryland pizza shops. I will be willing to give them another try if they reconsider their pricing but for now I can stick to my other NY style pizza places in Baltimore and the county. For those of you that want to know those places, contact me I would be glad to share. Growing up in Northern NJ and NY I am a NY Pizza fan and appreciate a good pizza joint in MD like the many I grew up with.
Today I upgraded my review. I stopped by again. Prices seem to be more reasonible and this is after the pandemic crazy inflation. I ordered a spicy italain sub, a peporoni slice and bottled water $25. The sub was well seasoned and had jalepenos vs peperoncini but they went well with the sandwich. The pizza slice didnt have globs of cheese like my last experience and the crust was crispy with some extra brown spots as expected from a brick oven pizza. Good...

While every item on their menu promises excellence, their Buffalo Chicken Pizza is the true standout. A perfectly crisp yet airy crust serves as the base for an explosion of bold flavors. The tender, marinated chicken is generously coated in their signature buffalo sauceâspicy yet balanced. A layer of gooey, melted cheese complements the tanginess, and the drizzle of ranch takes it over the top. The subtle heat of the buffalo sauce lingers, making each bite even more addictive than the last.

Read moreYou know whoâs not supposed to eat pizza? Me, the guy with celiac disease. Let me tell you something...some things in life are worth the danger and if there is any gluten-filled slice of chaos worth enduring, itâs at this pizza joint. We are talking quality ingredients. Like fresher than a fade on a Friday night. Fresher than white Air Force one sneakers out the box.
Ever wrote a haiku before? You will after you eat a slice of this pizza. Iâm home painting slices of pizza with pretty little pepperoni like Bob Rossâ spirit took over my hands because of this spot. The people working the oven should just be called Team Merlin the way theyâre working magic. Pricey you say? Yeah...if youâre a peasant thatâll settle for Ellioâs out the freezer. You gonna pay $10 for a steak at Dennyâs or get your moneyâs worth with $40 at Mastroâs Steakhouse in Boston?
Yeah, Iâll cough up a $10 spot for something official like this. Donât be silly. Indulge in the finer things and...
