Last night, 1.5.25 I went to this location. The drive through attendant was very rude. I brushed it off thinking sometimes ppl have bad days but it escalated. I asked politely could I get fresh fries and a carton filled up since I paid for a large. She took them from me without saying a word, I said thank you she ignored me. She brought back more fries and they looked the same. And she slammed the window shut so hard before I could check the bag that the window popped back open. I then decided to park and come in, when I requested to the manager who was at the counter separating orders for a fresh fries that looks like what is advertised, she told me she just made the fries and that’s how it comes. So I asked for a refund and started filming the fries and when I asked her to repeat my reasoning for not replacing the fries she got very defensive and wouldn’t repeat the reason, just kept asking did I now what a fresh meal or refund, which is what I wanted to begin with. I thanked her afterwards for replacing the meal she just threw the bag on the counter and ignored me. Read moreI placed an breakfast order for pick up around 740am in the morning and when I arrived to the store it was closed. Without any heads-up. I was unable to cancel order and was held in limbo for hours. About 4pm the gm called name of Derrick and said he was not sure why we were able to order but the location will be closed in morning due to electrical issues. He then said he would be at store the next day and I could come in for my refund. He also said for the inconvenience he would also comp a meal. When I arrived at store the next day as to be expected, Derrick was not there. The assistant gm was there and said Derrick now gave her different instructions. I did receive my refund but when I asked for my meal l, the gm was really rude about it. She said Derrick told her to get me a refund and a 2 dollar off coupon. Wendy's can keep their little coupons. I will not be shopping there in the future for myself or my family. I had to many incidents with employees just being rude I will be taking my business elsewhere. When I arrived at the restaurant, it was closed and I requested a refund on the app. I received a call later that day and I was told I could come to the store to receive a refund and a free meal or a remake of the meal I had originally ordered for the inconveniece. The Manager that I spoke with was very nice. I came in, received the refund, and when I told the manager in charge what I was told about receiving the free meal I was told that she just called the manager that had called me the day before and he said to give me a $2 off coupon instead. I don't care about the food. The manager was very short with us and we felt dismissed. I don't feel comfortable coming back.
