I pick the option of picking up my item instead of getting it delivered , & my pick up time was at 4:35p , I arrived to the store at 5pm, more than enough time to have the 1 item I brought today, however Because the item wasn't ready the young lady asked me to step outside the store so she can go in the back to find my purchase (mind you its raining) and she locks the door on me while I patiently await her to come back. I have never experienced humiliation the way I did and Its really sad as I have always try to support my community even though the prices are extremely high for Ali express items, yet business is business, but to be ask to step outside the store in the rain. I will never spend another dollar there. Customer service at its worst. Please teach your workers customer etiquette!

Do not order from this store I placed and order no one contacted me until I reached out to them to find out what’s going on with my order and then they proceeded to tell me that they do not ship but I can pay to have my items shipped . I paid for the shipping and gave them the address where to mail it to and they then responded back to my email 2 weeks later saying they mailed my items with no tracking number no insurance now I’m out 90 and they said they’re not refunding me my money. This is why I don’t buy from black businesses . Poor customer service...

Superb! My first time in the establishment was to pick up my order. Omg it smell soooo good as soon as you enter, immediately greeted and helped. Variety of clothes to choose from.
