BLACK BURNT STEAK... I ate here at Brazilian Grill 01-06-2019. I pretty much come here to eat every Sunday. So my boyfriend and I always eat by the bar at one at the tables, we arrived around 12:05pm and place was slow at this time. our waitress who's name i don't remember was as always very nice, mentioned a special they had that day which was a steak on a big metal skewer cooked to order and it came with 2 sides. my boyfriend and i decided to try it, why not... we ordered the Steak medium well. At this point there was only 3 people sitting at the bar, 3 more couple of parties arrived a bit after . We are waiting patiently for our food. I see food coming out, I understand certain food take certain time to cook but this is pretty much a steak house and buffet and the parties that arrived after us were served before us, ate and left and we still had not gotten our food. Our waitress and the bartender who was near by noticed we were getting a bit impatient and they apologized for the delay of our food. Couple minutes after they had gone to check on our food, it came out. we got our food at 1pm. Steak came out looking nicely about 5-6 big chunks of steak but i could tell it was not cooked medium well because it was dripping so much and it looked red. i took a piece thinking i might be wrong, i cut into it and it is rare as it can be, barely cooked on the outside. my boyfriend nicely showed and asked our waitress to send it back, now when it came back it took no longer then about 5 min, not kidding and the pieces of steak were small not even that that steak was burned and i mean they made sure it was dead it was black, please see picture attached. Our waitress nicely said "sorry for the wait and sorry its a little over cooked". I said " A little, no this is way overcooked." the bartender, waitress and i believe it was a bus girl, they were attentive and friendly and apologized many times but the only thing i do believe that needed to be done is re-due a new steak and had never brought that steak out and this should of been brought to a managers/owners attention. I don't think we should have even paid for our meal to be completely honest with you. Again the place was slow when we arrived and our steak should have not taking nearly an hour to be cooked and send out rare and then sent out again but cut into small pieces and on top of it burned black. I WAS VERY UNHAPPY WITH THE FOOD AND THAT I WAS CHARGED. I WOULD OF BEEN OK PAYING FOR THE RICE THAT I ATE. Hopefully it won't happen again. I am giving 4 stars because most of the time my experience here is good. I will be back Sunday and hopefully its better.

EDIT(9/24): went last night (donāt remember the date of my previous review) The food was great and the service exceptional- with people continually making sure everything was going smoothly- we all had a very enjoyable dinner out (which doesnāt seem to be the norm lately) It was really a 1* dinner but I'm hoping it is just temporary and do not want to hurt their reputation. We've always had a great experience and brought many people as well as recommend it but I will not anymore. We were so disappointed. Our waitress did tell us that the usual chef was away so I hope that is it and he comes back. We arrived @ 4:30 The salad bar was sparse compared to the usual. Almost all meats were all dry and chewy - don't know if it was the quality of the meat or the cooking but not what we've experienced here before. I felt terrible for the waste but I'm not going to force myself to swallow meat and is so unappetizing. It wasn't until we filled up on the chicken salad and the garlic bread(brought at the end of our meal) that a med rare filet mignon finally came out and was enjoyable. The butternut bisque was inedible tasted like paste and it's usually my favorite. The pineapple was no where to be found until we were ready to leave and instead of the sweet treat I was anticipating it tasted like a hunk of pineapple with very little sugar was heated in the microwave as opposed to grilled. And I got a mouthful of bitter mango in the mango salad. I should have told this to someone when we were there but everyone was so nice and friendly I didn't want to ruin their night. PS- I was surprised that their were not other reviewer that felt the same and then looked on trip advisor and see many comments that felt the same. I hope this is just a covid thing that they don't have back of the house with qualified people and they are able to get back to what they were for everyone's sake. This was a splurge for me as it was my first time IN a restaurant and I regret my choice.

Myself and everyone Iāve gone to this restaurant with absolutely loves this place! My wife and I just visited this place tonight and we had an amazing time. Immediately when you walk inside the atmosphere feels so vibrant and lively. People are everywhere, from meat loving customers to RodĆzio skewers flying everywhere. They also have a buffet that does not disappoint, and a grill where they cook fresh takeout meat for customers. Everywhere you look in this restaurant there is something to see. Sitting down and beginning to eat is so exciting, as you immediately are greeted by waitresses taking drink orders and giving plates and already being asked if youād like a piece of garlic topped cheese steak. Instant gratification at its finest. Everyone is also so cool. The staff are so friendly, and the servers who walk by to offer meat always smile, and seem genuinely excited to cut you a nice fresh juicy piece of meat. I also just love that they have so many different cuts. I had the opportunity tonight to eat cheese injected steak, ribeye, tomahawk steak, lamb, and these are just the ones I can remember. I was also offered so many more. None of them disappoint. And how, how could I leave out the excellent garlic bread. The garlic bread is addictively good. Every time I have come to eat at this restaurant, I have had an astonishingly incredible experience, and that goes for everyone whoās been there with me. I even took my wife here for our very first date, now weāre happily married. Brazilian Grill definitely played a key role in that, take notes single men ;) Iāll be coming back soon, Iād be here every week if this place didnāt rip my wallet in half but itās worth it. Iāll just buy a new one.

A Feast for the Senses ā A Truly Unforgettable Experience thanks to Clarissa, Lilian, Vanessa and the rest of the team! From the moment we stepped into Brazilian Grill, surrounded by warm hospitality and the tantalizing aroma of freshly grilled meats. The ambiance was sophisticated yet welcoming, setting the perfect stage for an exceptional dining experience. The rodĆzio service was flawlessāskilled servers arrived at our table with an endless parade of perfectly cooked meats, each carved tableside with precision. From the tender picanha to the succulent lamb chops, every cut was seasoned and grilled to perfection. The variety was impressive, with options to satisfy every palate. The salad bar was a culinary adventure in itself, offering a diverse array of fresh vegetables, cheeses, and traditional Brazilian sides like feijoada and pĆ£o de queijo. Each dish was beautifully presented and packed with flavor. To complement the meal, the drinks menu featured expertly crafted caipirinhas and an impressive selection of wines that paired perfectly with the savory meats. We ended the evening with a decadent Brazilian dessert that was the perfect sweet finale. The service was impeccable, with attentive staff ensuring our plates were always full and our glasses never empty. Their knowledge of the menu and friendly demeanor added to the overall charm of the evening. Whether youāre celebrating a special occasion or simply treating yourself to an extraordinary meal, Brazilian Grill is a must-visit. This was more than dinnerāit was an experience we canāt wait to go back!

PRAYING I DONāT GET SICK I HAVE AN AUTOIMMUNE DISEASE!!!! I was waiting all night for the lamb chop, so we asked if they could bring some. Shortly after we were greeted by a waiter holding a skewer of lamb chops. My excitement peaked and I felt a rush of endorphins fill my hollow dopamine receptors. I hadnāt had lamb in years, and this was my first vacation with my family since a child. I bit through the lamb and immediately I knew something was wrong. This wasnāt how meat should be. Instead, I was reminded of something more reminiscent of the colorful packaged Hubba bubba bubblegum of my childhood years - because it was impossible to chew. So, I decided I would cut through it. However, even with the immensely sharp blade of the steak knife, a device that compared to the likes of a mid evil era weapon, I could barely cut through it. (Not to mention Iām a strong individual with a max bench of 215). Finally, after making a small tear through the flesh of the lamb. I WAS IN SHOCK - COMATOSE! Just look at the photograph below (Warning this picture is not for the feint of heart!). I fasted all day just to come to this restaurant, and instead of leaving satisfied, Iām leaving terrified. 1 out of 5 doesnāt do this justice especially for the shocking price. Not to mention, no discount was given for this catastrophe, instead the waitress said donāt worry people used to eat this raw. However, this is no longer 1400 B.C. and I am not a caveman.
