I wish I had read the reviews before I tried this restaurant! We decided to give this place a try since it was new. Bad decision! We ordered online and picked up in the Park-Thru! There were two cars ahead of us when we arrived and no-one moved for more than 20 minutes. We sat in the line for a good 40 minutes. An older lady handed us our shake when we reached the Park-Thru window. We we had hopes of getting out food soon since she gave us our shake right away, but I had time to drink the entire shake while we waited for the rest of our order to arrive. When the lady came back to the window, I instructed my daughter to check the order. The lady interrupted stating, “I already made sure everything is in your bags!” I said, “I always check, we had six burgers”, she interrupted and said “yes six burgers, 4 fries, and you already got your strawberry shake, I checked it!” So we thanked her and drove home. When we got home and started passing out the burgers, We discovered there were only 5 burgers in the bag! I hate getting home and finding I’ve been shorted a food item!!! I called the location immediately! No-one answered and no-one called me back, ever! I sent an email to vent my frustration at this overpriced, slow service, non-responsive restaurant! They responded requesting my receipt or a copy of my bank statement showing where I had purchased the food, had someone answered the phone the day I called that worker was probably still in her station because I called immediately and the receipt was on the bag. I was so disgusted, that I had spent so much for that order and was rushed off and after this fiasco I only got to drink my strawberry shake which needed more strawberry flavor, now I have to prove I was there. That was March 13th, this was now March 22! Keep your burger, it wasn’t that good anyway from what everybody said. You already ruined one afternoon, you won’t get to ruin another one! Read moreToday is Sunday, January 15th, 2023. Around 6pm, I went to Shake Shack to pick up dinner. I waited in the drive thru line for almost 10 minutes. I guess only one of the drive thru speakers was working. (Inconvenience)I pull off, to go in to place my order. I placed my order, and was waiting on the side of the cash register. I’m assuming she was the manager who walked out from the back. She never made eye contact or spoke. She went up to a guy standing by the “ Order Here” asked him if he’s waiting on his order, he told he— he had just placed his order. She walked pass me again yo ask a group of men, if they were waiting for their order as well, they said they were. She walked pass me again, never making eye contact and asked the lady if she needed help. She walked pass me again to go in the back. Rule number one, ALWAYS acknowledge and welcome your customers. I didn’t want to say it was racism. Seeing she only helped the non black people. It was myself and another girl who were black that she ignored. I’m sure if you look at the camera you can see how rude she was to a paying customer! If this is how I’m treated at Shake Shack, I will never give my money to this company again! Read moreThe time was 9:00PM (3/18/24)... I only been to this establishment maybe several times and each time the food was fresh and tge service was top notch. Unfortunately not this time. The person that was working drive-through at this time was very rude and impolite. Though it didn't start out this way. I had already paid for my order and gotten my drink. I waved her at the window to get her attention about getting my shake while I waited but she was very short with me then shut the window in my face without knowing what I needed. Feeling disrespected I called her out on her rude sht. Look, I never see this 5'4" yellow girl in my life. But she has a real attitude problem. Fortunately the manager on duty came trying Diasculate the situation. At first she came off as if she was in defense of this unprofessional individual until she heard the frustration in my voice when explaining how her employee had treated me. The manager was adequate in giving me a full refund because of what happened I canceled my order and possibly my business unless there's different employees on shift.
