So I’m diabetic and have a lot of food allergies. So I ordered a Jr bacon cheeseburger with mayo and tomato only for dressing correct, so the burger has no bacon or cheese on it, no mayo, and to add to that the ignorance of the girl that was fixing the food and taking orders is absolutely insane, she gonna say “we’ll if people want food a certain way they need to come in and cook it themselves, and imma fix it how I want, and how I was taught!” so my response to my son and his friend, was “wow but that’s what she get paid to do, that’s what we pay for, maybe she doesn’t need that job, and needs to be working somewhere where she don’t need to interact with customers... I’m past heated. Maybe she trifling and will eat anything any way, but that’s not me, I’m a very picky person and hate fast food already but needed to take medication and in thick traffic and about 30 mins till I got home it would’ve been another hour n a half before I’d be able to eat. The attitudes of these people is just absurd, and the disrespect they show customers is just absurd! I frequent this Wendy’s for kids after sports and such on the way home, I will go out of my way for now on if I have to. Then they had someone in the Wendy’s selling weave bundles, and the women employees that’s all they were worried about was buying some cheap a** bundles. Smh I’m calling corporate as well. If it weren’t for customers that heifa wouldn’t even have...
Read moreWendy’s has great breakfast for fast food, and I literally try to get breakfast here every single morning before I drive down to McDonald’s or Burger King. However, they will not actually serve anyone before 7 AM, even though their business hours say 6:30 AM. If you pull up to the order speaker, they will simply ignore you. If you pull around to the drive thru window, they will tell you they haven’t turned on the computer yet for the day, and it’ll be 15 minutes. They need to change their hours to 7 so people stop wasting their time in the morning even bothering to stop. Although, I have a feeling that if they opened at 7, they wouldn’t bother serving anyone until 7:30. If I owned this location, I would be pretty angry at the business they are turning away every morning. I always see at least 3-4 other cars pulling through and being turned away when I pull through. And that’s within the 2-3 minutes it takes me to pull around and be told the computers aren’t turned on yet. Anyway, if you want breakfast before 7 AM, this is not the place for you cause they will refuse to serve you even though their store is technically open. I asked the girl once if they ever open at 6:30, and she said every single morning; but their old computer system takes so long to turn on, it prevents them from serving customers...
Read moreThe staff are some of the nastiest people I've ever seen in my life. The restaurant is always dirty, counter top where orders are taken is always nasty looking. They clearly don't want to work or care about their jobs, or the service that's put out into the community that they're serving. My coworkers and I ordered 4 large green teas that were so horrible until we brought them back. The manager said she made them herself but even she couldn't get it to taste like other Wendy's. Another time I ordered a new healthy green salad that's beautiful on the menu and again I returned it, asked the manager what was this because it clearly wasn't the salad I had ordered from the Coarsey Wendy's. I asked her to look at the picture but she was giving me another type of lettuce as if I didn't know what I was ordering. Saturday evening I ordered a meal which helped me decide never to return there again. They have failed in all four of my visits. Also, I think the health department should pay them a visit. No one looks like they come to work in a clean uniform, and their hair is unkept and that's how they run the restaurant and food-just like them. It's a mess!!!! I would recommend that corporate pays them a...
