It is amazing that this place manages to stay open. Every time I place I mobile order for a donut they act like I'm crazy and make me wait at the window to try and find my order which has somehow disappeared. If I order a donut or bakery item with a coffee they give me the coffee and tell me to have a nice day. Then I have to sit at the window and stare at them until they eventually ask me if I'm waiting on something else. Also the line takes like 20 minutes even with only 1-2 other cars. Also I always order milk substitute because of dairy allergy and they have sometimes put regular milk in my coffee despite my mobile order receipt explicitly saying I ordered a milk substitute it will have regular milk printed on the label. Also sometimes they give me the wrong order in the drive through, and then they ask for it back over the counter, which is a health code violation. Also my bagel was burnt. I hate this place so much it is the worst dunkin I have ever been to in my life. Also the automated voice message at the drive through is going to deafen me. There are not enough words in the english language for how much I hate this restaurant. This is the worst drive through I've ever been through. Also after waiting 20 minutes for my food they gave me the wrong donut. Also one time I literally had to call in to the restaurant WHILE IN THE DRIVE THRU because they forgot my donut and literally were ignoring me just sitting there staring inside. This place sucks and I hope it gets some new management soon so I can actually go to dunkin. But for now this is the worst place I have ever been in my life...
Read moreI have never gone out of my way to place a review on a place, you can tell from that what an awful experience I had at this location.
I came into the place on 06/13 at around 11:00 am, I approach the counter since there was no one in line and although there were over 4 people behind the counter, no one would approach to take my order. I wait along and won’t say anything since I was not in a hurry.
About 5 minutes go by until finally your typical suspect kind of guy approaches the counter, you could tell he was very upset to work instead of being able to collect reparations. Our guy goes ahead takes my order in a rather moody and sarcastic attitude: 2 breakfast sandwiches, 2 coffees, and 1 donut.
About 15 minutes go by and I notice a paper bag off the counter, I approach the counter and ask whether that was my donut, this guy won’t even bother to get off his phone and answer. A lady comes from behind, apologizes to me and confirms that it wasn’t my donut; yet she gave it to me right away.
In the meantime, another woman comes into the store and has to go through the same painful process at the counter with my ghetto guy.

Read moreI don’t normally do this but this place is awful. The Customer service and food quality portrayed here at Dunkin’ Donuts is unacceptable. I put a mobile order in 10 minutes from my location because it was a larger order. We get there, about 10 minutes after I ordered it (so about 20 minutes in total after the order places) she puts just the coffee out which was wrong. Then then says to me, we’re out of plain bagels and coffee cake muffins. I said ok, no problem, I’ll just take a refund. She says ok and looks at me dumbfounded, I say can I have the rest of the order? She looks at me again like I have three heads. After getting an attitude from her doing her job, she continues to laugh with all of her coworkers without actually doing her job. Then we get our order with an attitude instead of a smile, the bacon was like potato chips, the croissants like a cardboard sandwich and the egg and cheese wraps were disgusting.
