Management is very poor at this location and it shows the second you walk in the door. Not a single table was cleaned, and there were even flies flying around the overflowing trash can. I was using a few coupons I had received at work. I was treated very poorly by what seemed to be a supervisor or manager because of it. She refused to help me or take my order and just seemed to want me to leave. The whole staff seemed very overwhelmed with the amount of orders they had coming in, and the supervisor was no help to them at all. After being brushed off like I was I contemplated leaving, but the man bagging the food and announcing pickup orders had a great attitude. He did an amazing job staying positive and recovering my service after his higher up almost made me walk out the door. The entire management staff clearly does not deserve the job they have based off the disgusting appearance of the restaurant and poor service. First impression just from walking in; the floors were dirty and slippery, tables looked like they have never been cleaned (literally had to clean our own table in order to get someone to start cleaning), strong odors of trash sitting for long periods of time, and even flies were flying around. When it came to our food it took more than 20 minutes and nothing was hot and fresh. Everything was cold and dry. We ordered a frosty with our meal and that was one of the first things they made, by the time it was given to us it was mostly melted. We asked them to remake it and the manager was very rude to us. She had my boyfriend come over and deliberately opened the lid and said is this okay for you now? She was also the same person he talked to while we were waiting for our food and asked for drink cups and she just stared at us instead. If you are wanting fast, fresh food just go somewhere else. Read moreAfter finishing a shift at Disney, my brother and I were craving some fresh fries, so we decided to stop by Wendy’s. The drive-thru line was ridiculously long, so we thought going inside might be faster. My brother went in while I stayed in the car, just in case.
We noticed he was already placing his order, so I pulled out of the drive-thru, thinking we’d be in and out quickly. That was far from the case. We ended up waiting over 20 minutes.
Here’s the funny part—my brother runs a Chick-fil-A in Tennessee, so he knows a thing or two about efficient service. He was shocked to see that Wendy’s had only one person handling Uber Eats orders, taking orders at the counter, making drinks and Frostys, and bagging food for customers—all at once. Meanwhile, the drive-thru had at least five employees working.
