Dairy Queen — Restaurant in Baytown

After dinner my family stopped by Dairy Queen. To use a gift card we got for christmas. We had ordered a Royal cheesecake blast a Cocoa Extreme brownie. Then we asked if anyone there knew how to make a blast that they used to have on the menu called a Georgia mud fudge, and someone claimed they knew how to make it. We got our blasts and we returned home to put them in the freezer. Once we got settled in and we started a movie. We got out our blasts and realized that all three of them were made incorrectly. The cocoa brownie extreme had nuts in it and no brownie. My royal cheesecake somehow got chocolate in it. And the Georgia mud fudge only had in It was chocolate syrup and chocolate chunks. And once my wife got a couple inches into it, it was all vanilla. Very disappointing, Unfortunately, not the first time this location has let me down. Came to eat here with my wife. I ordered a Bacon Belt Buster Meal and she got a Kids cheeseburger meal. We sat down and they brought out the food. I ate my fries first like I always do. I took a bite of the burger and both patties were Raw. It tasted nasty. I went to the counter to let them know and ask for a refund. One guy in the back was just laughing. I asked for the manager and another guy said he was the one in charge. He asked me several times if I ate my food and I kept telling him i only ate my fries. He asked 3 times where the burger was and I told him I had already given it to them. He had no kind of customer service what so ever and was more worried about not giving me a refund for the meal that he could only give me a refund for the burger. This place is disgusting. Customer service at this location is the worst I have ever witnessed. Between the yelling between employees and the rudeness while taking our order this was the least of the issues at this store. I ordered a banana split that was given to me right side up versus flat. I also ordered a chocolate blizzard with chocolate and it was handed to me with chocolate all over the cup. When I got home there was so much chocolate in my cup holder from the laziness of the employees at this location.
