Nothing Bundt Cakes — Restaurant in Baytown

I went to get my free little cake for my birthday and as soon as I walked in I was greeted by all the employees which all young gals. The one that helped me was very friendly. I showed her my email for the free cake and she wished me a happy birthday and asked what flavor I’d like. I didn’t what to get so she showed me all the flavors they had. Then I had a coupon from Mother’s Day where you buy one get one free and she honored that also. I also bought another little cake so everyone could have their own; which we’re a family of 4. My free cake I got red velvet and the other 3 were chocolate chocolate chip. The girl actually recommended that flavor and so glad I got it. I have to say….WOW! These little cakes were so so delicious! They all had like chocolate chips in them. This location is about 40 minutes from where we live which is great because Pasadena is a little far. Lol! I was VERY hesitant to buy the chocolate chocolate chip cake because I am SO picky about my chocolate cake. Usually, when I don't make it myself it is always so dry wherever I buy it even when the employees tell me it isn't. I let the ladies know and asked them to please tell me if the chocolate cake is a bit on the drier side because I would still buy something but a different flavor. They assured me their chocolate cake was moist so I risked it and bought a small one. THEY DID NOT DISAPPOINT! The chocolate cake here is so moist and it is so nice to FINALLY find a bakery that actually bakes their chocolate cake correctly. THANK YOU!! :) Will be shopping here again. The cakes here are amazingly delicious. No matter the location, they are always consistent in the delicious flavor. The staff is nice when taking the order. But when I ask if they have something ready immediately, and they say yes, I think that’s what it means. But it turned into an awkward standing around looking at the staff behind the counter in silence for 10 minutes while they did who knows what for the cakes I ordered.
