Completed the customer satisfaction survey online and actually gave the store a decent review. Received via email $10 off next online purchase of $20 before delivery an taxes if used within 30 days of original purchase. Placed my order online and received a notification that my coupon was not accepted at the current location. Quickly contacted the store and spoke with the manager on duty to figure out what could possibly be the issue. The manager tried to figure out what could be done about it but unfortunately was only able to issue me a 20% discount = to $4 discount. I than contacted Pizza Hut customer service an was basically told that it comes down to the store. Since it's a franchise they have the right to accept or deny coupons such as the customer satifaction survey coupon, which if I'm helping you out giving you a better review than the usual ones they receive but when it came to giving back to the customer the system failed. The Pizza Hut rep notified me that the way it works is they input the coupon info they print receipts and mail to corporate an they refund them, the reason why they might not be doing it is because of financial issues (insufficient profit funds) their not willing to give away food if their not gonna make profit. unfair to the paying returning customer weather it's a franchise level or corporate level issue it really needs to be addressed. Read moreSo I placed an order online that cost $37.34. Online it said my order would arrive within 35 minutes. Needless to say it didn't arrive in 35 minutes. It took a hour and twenty minutes for my order to arrive and thirty minutes after receiving the text saying it was on its way when the store is seven minutes away. The food was just warm and not good at all. The pizza and boneless wings had so much condensation inside the containers that it was almost soggy. I called to speak with the manager and had to wait on hold for fifteen minutes. Then he didn't offer to do anything about it when I explained the circumstance until I asked if he could do something to make it right. He then said there's a hour wait time on deliveries but he could remake the order and send it back out. I told him if I had to wait a hour after the order is made then it would arrive in the same if not worse condition. He finally said he could refund my money but I would have to come to the store with the receipt since I paid cash. Well... Considering I'm a truck driver I can't just pull into any parking lot with the load of trucks I'm hauling that are almost 100 feet long. I guess I'm out of the $40 which included the tip for the delivery driver. I would have tipped more but I wasn't happy before I even took my first bite...

Justin, the manager, informed me that he doesn’t have to follow the instructions that a customer puts in their order instructions through the app—he can completely disregard. And he doesn’t have to tell you when he disregards those instructions. Just wow. And you want your customers to not call and complain when orders are wrong? Not to mention the rudest employees, who should never be in customer service. Cold food on top. Dry pizza. Don't waste your money.
