Jason's Deli — Restaurant in Baytown

I have to leave one star because the manager at Jasons deli is very sarcastic and rude young man the food is great as always I don’t know how they turn out good food with bad employees and I shouldn’t say Bad employees just the manager Brian very rude and very disrespectful young man unfortunately I have to go back there because my wife wants of soup and it’s so good we have to get more LOL

And im back a year later and now its a year later and rud service still now the casher at 7 pm Saturday night ask Questions about the food And her response was oh I don't know!!! After commenting on it she said oh yeah I remember you I got upset the last time they treated me like this and I said something then and I said something newNow she's going around to all the employees looking back at me talking about how rude I was and she's the one that just doesn't care about her job is disrespectfulI'm gonna learn to eat Subway...

I’m appalled at the service I received today. I ordered for local government, and everyone knows what goes into government funds. Yesterday I went into the restaurant and ordered. If there was a tip option I would have tipped. However, there wasn’t. The delivery driver was an absolute nightmare. He made a complete scene about the no tip and even slammed the door. I will never order from Jason’s Deli again! Had I been prepared I would’ve tipped out of my own pocket, or make it right somehow, but the attitude of this young man was out of control.

I did call the manager to let her know she needs to explain to employees about when government does order and the process we have to go through. She told me to breathe and that it would be okay, but she didn’t experience the ridiculous episode from the worker in front of multiple people from different surround counties. It was extremely...

I really like Jasons Deli especially through these times of hardship. The management and staff keep the place clean and is highly maintained to prevent absent-mindedness. Of their menu, I love their specialty salads. The steak salad with the warm tender meat, great tasting avacado, different hard shaved cheese and the mix of greens is the top of my list of choice!

However, they need to put down if the protein is going to be hot or cold. After doing the steak salad for a while and thinking the salmon was also going to be hot as well, I tried the Salmon Salad with the pickled red onions, fire roasted red peppers, avocado, etc. It looked very pretty but when I took the bite from the salmon it was refrigerated cold. Salmon is a fatty fish. The best of omega 3 there is. But one does not like to eat is ice cold precooked fatty fish. Not good on the...
