Starbucks — Restaurant in Baytown

First off the service was impeccable as always. Okay so we went thru the Drive Thru - it's Dec 2020 and Starbucks is giving away 1 free hot or cold brew tall coffee to essential and first responders. So myself and my partner went to get a cup. I bought a Tomato & Mozzarella Panini - warmed. My partner got the free coffee, it's a nice gesture that Starbucks is doing for essential & first responders. Their list of who is included... is what more companies and other agencies should consider, as these small gestures of kindness go a long way. Most agencies and companies are acting like you work in the medical field so you signed up for this... now go stand neck deep in Coronavirus. They do...it anyway... but its just nice when someone remembers that no one signed up for this year and all of these traumatic events. We're tired... and a cup of free coffee goes such a long and wonderful way... so thank...

Went in yesterday (5/12) for the Mother’s Day BOGO - around 230PM and the girls were standing talking to some guy - finally told me they were closed. When I asked why she said “well, it’s kinda busy and we are out of a lot of stuff” - mind you, google said they were open until 9PM. I called later to talk to someone about getting the BOGO deal another day or see why they actually closed I got RAYLEE on the phone- she said “some girl quit” and that’s why they closed, I then said what I was told earlier and she said “well, that too.” She wouldn’t give me the managers name and said she could give me the district manager, Wendy, her information, after being put on hold she comes back and says she can’t give me anything and she didn’t know customer services phone number and was extremely rude and hung up on me. The older lady needs retraining. She says the venti Doubleshot on Ice comes with 3 pumps of classic when its 5!!! And argues with you when you try to correct her. My husband orders a Cold brew with sweet cream no vanilla and she rudely tells him 3 times now " well the sweet cream comes with vanilla" WE KNOW THAT. He just doesnt want the vanilla shots added in. why is it that all the other locations have no problem making his drink when he asks for that? And shes training other employees wrong as well. I had to go up to the girl making my drink and tell her add 5 pumps bc thats the correct way. Someone please get in there and tell her the correct way to...
