Tropical Smoothie Cafe — Restaurant in Baytown

I arrive to 6040 Garth Rd Baytown for the first time at this Tropical Smoothie Cafe and it’s two workers in the facility this Sunday. No one greeted and no one asked did we need anytime. Customer Service is terrible- while I’m not going to say terrible but needs improvement. The female worker literally stop and was rubbing/ scratching her eye then proceeded to finish making smoothies. The Male stayed towards the back making wraps and parfaits. Because of no communication, the female worker prepared the smoothies and sat them by the cashier counter and went to the back. This was our 1st and last time here. Found a long hair in our food. Two people working, one younger female at the window who seemed not too happy to be at work and a younger male who came to the window who seemed like he had just woke up from a nap and didnt want to work either. I went inside to ask for a refund. The female called the male over to process the refund. He asked how I wanted my refund card or cash ( I had paid cash) so I replied cash. He handed me my cash, not a single apology, let me make this right at a later date etc, slammed the register shut and snatched and trashed the bag with the hairy food in it. Need grown management on sight and hair nets on your employees as it seems hair in food is a problem...
