Boston's Restaurant & Sports Bar — Restaurant in Beaumont

I can’t even rate the food since we walked out before we got it. We walked in, put my name down for 2 in the bar area. waited 35 mins we got a text that said your table is ready, we go in and they seat us in the back of the restaurant behind a wall! Like we were hidden in a corner behind an actual wall !!! I told the girl That we had put our names down for the bar, not the restaurant, she said oh we don’t have a table yet.. then why the heck did you text me you had a table.. so she lied and said we were still on the waiting list.. which makes no sense that they would seat us at a table but we are still on the list for a table at the bar. I just wanted a drink so we stayed at the table . Oh, and never got a text about Our table, being ready at the bar …🤨 so then we wait almost 10 mins before anyone comes to acknowledge us. A really nice lady came by and said it would be a few minutes .. we were like ok.. we get it it’s busy.. but then after about another 10 minutes, some blonde waitress comes by and has a crappy face on her already like she doesn’t want to be there comes by the table and asked if we wanted any drinks we tell her what we wanted she says OK she’ll go get them. We said in the meantime, can we get two waters please? She said sure. 15 minutes pass And still no water. Finally, she comes back to take our order. We tell her what we would like and she says OK I’ll put that in and again remind her can we please get some water? she says yes I’ll bring it right now. This time we waited 30 minutes still no water, and now no drinks or food.. but mind you there was a table to our right that had like six or seven people to it and she kept walking over there a bunch of times. and they were already done eating. she took them some to go boxes and was joking with them and talking with them, then she would walk away not acknowledge us or check on us. then she would go back to their table and talk for a little bit more, again ignoring us… by this time I was already irritated and didn’t want dinner anymore or drinks so I told my fiancé as I’m looking at her sitting there bullshitting with the people to my right again, “If she walks by us again without acknowledging us, We are out of here!”So I waited for her to stop chitchatting with the people next to us and long and behold she walks right by us doesn’t acknowledge us and goes straight to a table that’s catty corner to our left to help them so I said F this, we got up and left. I was no longer interested in having anything from there.. what a waste of almost 2 hours .. Horrible...

Because of recent opening we expected long wait. So the one hour plus was not our complaint. Once we got seated (we chose outside because the noise level inside was way too loud to enjoy a meal.Next we ordered ..clearly and distinctly..customer one had seen a great pecan salad on line..however it was not seen on the menu in Beaumont..so ordered the supposed entree size Mediterranean salad..because she liked roasted red peppers ,but asked for and verified No onions please.. customer two wanted pizza similar to artichoke ..spinach pizza but asked if he could have meatball instead of chicken…server announced meatball not available on pizza…which after looking on menu..it clearly said meatball as an option .he asked if it had tomato sauce..server said yes…it had no tomato sauce..after a half hour .to forty minutes we got order..1. Entree salad was very skimpy..I am small person but salad was small..and was loaded with Onions and No red peppers .lat all..sent it back ..while partner ate the pizza the correct but very puny sized salad arrived ..stingy on the lettuce but 8-10 pieces of what looked pizza crust with cheese..not bad tasting ..but way more bread than salad..I did not eat it..the chicken on the pizza had a foully flavor I TRIED A BITE AND THREW IT OUT..when the inadequate salad returned ..I ate it tasted fine without onions .but it should not be called an entree salad at all..conclusion ..place way too noisy .food mediocre at best to downright not good…especially the chicken on the pizza..I hope this review gives opportunity.to train servers to KNOW the menu..check portion sizes…and take orders as given ..louder wrong .food not great at all portion of salad inadequate..I highly doubt we will...

First couple weeks they were open the service was much better. Even though they were super busy at the time the service was still great and they were nice. Tonight every person we encountered was rude. We stood at the entrance for a couple minutes with 2 employees sitting at the front one being a manager and neither one bothered to look up to greet us or find someone to seat us just left us standing there. Our server started off ok until I requested a new drink then it was rolled eyes visibly annoyed with my request, the bartender or bar manger slammed my drink on the table inches from my face while I was taking a bite of food. I’m assuming he was unhappy I didn’t like my first drink and asked for a different one. Food was burnt and was told “it just looks burnt”. It was just one nasty look or rude behavior after another the entire time. I could deal with less than great food but when the servers are rude and nasty especially when I’m still being nice and understanding and spending over $100 that’s completely unacceptable. Even when I’m not totally happy with service or food I always tip generously because I know their job isn’t easy. Tonight I did not because their behavior was inexcusable and our server seen we didn’t tip & she caught me watching her as she had the nerve to speak badly about me to another server. Again had the service been professional and friendly she would have gotten a good tip regardless if I liked the food or drinks. Not sure I’ll...
