I’ve been here multiple times. Sometimes there good sometimes there bad but my last experience here was the absolute worst. I was in the line at 8:30 in the morning and it took 25 mins to get me through the line. From start to finish. The lady to took our orders was completely dry (short with words), sounded like she didn’t want to be there and blatantly rude. She ignored me when I asked 2 questions, she told me my payment and when I was ready to give her my card she walked away. I had to ask for straws multiple times, when I asked about the Dunkin’ app she did not give me any support, when I asked about making payments through the Dunkin’ app she very rudely said that the Dunkin app isn’t for payments (along with some hand gestures. She didn’t give me my receipt, so when I walked back in for my receipt and asked for it she literally just walked away… 3 mins later the manager came up to me and told me he would get it right now. She should have said give me just a sec or something. Finally when she came back to give me my receipt she very rudely flicked her wrist at me with attitude and basically shoved the receipt to me. I’ve never felt so disrespected in my life (Giselle) you need extensive training on customer service and if you don’t like people or want to work with people. You should just leave… completely...
Read moreDamien the district manager is very unprofessional. I have been a customer for many years and my daughter used to work at this store. Jo jo and Diana and the rest of the crew are amazing. They go above and beyond for the company & customers. My complaint is that Damian talks to customers ( me) about his employees performance and behavior. And some of their personal stuff too. ..Not professional at all!! With that being said I gave my opinion and he turned around and went and told one of his employees that I was talking about them. I am a doordasher and I go on there in the regular.
When I confronted him he became very rude and asked me not to come to his store and disrupt his employees?? No. I was on MY lunch break last Wednesday. He accusing me, making his employee took a long of a break due to my fault? No. I was sitting outside eating. That's not my responsibility to keep track of who's on break or not. I'm very disappointed the way he's running this store and all the corrupt stuff he does.

Read moreI Googled to check hours of this location and when it said 24 hours I was thrilled. My husband and I drove here and arrived at 10:15pm and was upset that the sitting location inside was closed, so we decided to use the drive thru and was even more disappointed when they placed my glaced donut on top of a chocolate bar. When I picked up my glaced donut from the paper bag the whole chocolate from the bottom donut came right off onto my glaced donut and to top it off my small coffee was as cold as a glass of milk.. this is very upsetting. Both donuts were soggy. Dunkin donuts should really rectify how they pack the donuts and they should differentiate between sit in hours and drive thru hours.
