Amazing authentic food! We went to the soft opening Wednesday, usually you expect day 1 to have some kinks. Aside from the full menu not being available (though there were many options- our experience was flawless. So much so we went back Thursday night and got take out from there Friday night. IT IS THAT GOOD. I am gluten free and celiac - so my options at Vietnamese restaurants are usually limited to Pho. Not here! I was overwhelmed at all the things that were available to me. Hello - Eggrolls??? I haven't had eggrolls since I was diagnosed 20 years ago, and these were SO GOOD. The pho was a good size and the broth was delicious. They also have two different styles of crispy chicken wings ( also gluten free) Sweet and sour or Garlic - tough choice but the Sweet and sour was my favorite ( loved the thai basil). I had a pork chop dish (C1) and the chop was marinated in the most delicious marinade, I kept trying to figure out what it was. My partner loves Bun bo Hue and he said it was perfect. I had a taste and it too was flavor packed. We were too full for dessert- but there was a nice selection on the menu. I can't wait for the whole menu to be available. It was reasonably priced, good service and I loved that it was not too loud. We could actually have a conversation. Go try it out - you will not be sorry. The photos are over the 3 meals we have had there so far. Somethings I forgot to take pictures of

Visiting town for a few days and was delighted to find a spot perfect for an evening out, with jazz music, dim lighting, and a nice bar. We tried a couple of things on the menu and got to enjoy the light, comforting Pho broth and then a more flavorful bowl of Bun Bo Hue. Came back the next day to grab a Banh Mi Thit Nuong at noon and wasn’t let down. The bread was crispy on the outside and airy/cottony inside, stuffed with tendered grilled pork. Easily my go-to next time. Also, super impressed with their White Lotus Mule. I’m honestly really happy they are in town. This place brings such a refreshing perspective on Vietnamese food to the area. And of course, more great options for us Pho Lovers!

This is a wonderful Asian owned restaurant with deliciously authentic on-point Vietnamese food prepared properly and with attentive service. You can tell all of the food is made with love and care. The owner Alice is so sweet and all of the servers were amazing. Get the crispy tofu with fish sauce - that sauce is ridiculously tasty. Vietnamese coffee was one of the best I’ve had - not too sweet and rich in flavor. Will be back again and again!

As an out of towner and a husband to someone with celiac, it’s tough to find places to eat. I honestly don’t think we could have picked a better place. As soon as you walk in, the atmosphere and decor is great. The hospitality from the staff was top notch and the food was the icing on the cake! Our server Quinn walked us from start to finish on building the perfect meal that catered to our needs with my wife being Gluten Free. He was kind and very tentative which made our experience great. The owner and chef Alice came to the table to greet us and ask how the food was and when I say she is the nicest person over ever met, I couldn’t be more honest. She was an absolute mint! She specifically curates and designs her meals to make sure that the experience is enjoyable to everyone! I’ve travelled all of the world and this is hands down the best Vietnamese food over ever had. You can tell that the saying “made with love” stands true in the kitchen at pho88. Whether is week 6 of them first opening or year 6, you know she is going to continue to master her craft and guarantee an incredible dining experience. From being greeted at the door, learning about the incredible lives of the staff, all the way to the delicious food and great service, this will be an experience we won’t ever forget. Unfortunately for us, Kansas City, Missouri is a long way from Bend, Oregon, but I can assure that when the time comes for another visit, we will definitely be stopping in to see Alice at Pho88. Take a date night and venture away from the chain restaurants and try local. This place will fill your bellies and your hearts. There’s nothing better than being around people who do what they love. Thanks for everything, it...

If you’re craving authentic Vietnamese cuisine at a great price, Pho 88 is a must-visit. This new gem combines homemade flavors, warm hospitality, and a spotless dining space into a genuinely welcoming experience.

From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with kindness. The staff are attentive, friendly, and genuinely excited to share their food and culture. It feels like being welcomed into someone’s home.

The menu offers all the classics and everything tastes like it was made from scratch with love. The broth is deeply flavorful without being too salty, the herbs are fresh, and the portions are generous. .

Prices are fair, especially considering the quality and portion sizes and that we are in Bend.

Cleanliness is another standout.

A perfect spot for a casual lunch, a comforting dinner, or introducing friends to Vietnamese food done right....
