I had the most amazing experience at Nashelle, and I simply cannot stop raving about it. Let me start by saying that I have never been much of a jewelry person, but Nashelle, and particularly Eleanor, completely changed my perspective. Walking into the store with no idea of what I wanted or needed, I was greeted by Eleanor's warm smile and welcoming demeanor. She took the time to understand my preferences and patiently guided me through the beautiful array of jewelry options.
Eleanor's knowledge and passion for jewelry were truly inspiring. She took me on a journey through the store, explaining the different metals, gemstones, and designs with such poise and clarity. Her attention to detail and genuine interest in helping me find the perfect piece made the entire experience so enjoyable and stress-free. With her expert guidance, I found the most stunning piece that I now proudly wear as a part of my everyday look.
I am incredibly grateful to the Nashelle team for providing such exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere in their store. Special thanks to Eleanor for her expertise, patience, and for making my jewelry shopping experience truly memorable. Thank you, Nashelle, for helping me discover a newfound love...
Read moreMy permanent jewelry experience at Nashelle's was overall good, and I was happy with my bracelet when I left. However, it has now been 6 months and while the bracelet is still on my wrist, it has stretched out incredibly (+1") and the decorative gold tubes slide around like loose beads. I has them weld the bracelet fitted to tight to my wrist, and I now can slip it off over my hand. I understand these are not 'forever' bracelets, but I wish I would have been warned in the shop that these do tend to stretch out. I may have selected a more robust chain, or one without tubes. (See original photo of chain, and then the stretched out chain today).
Lastly, I wish they would have been more transparent with the pricing. They explained the general cost of each chain per inch at the beginning of my appointment, but I was not told the overall cost until it was welded on my wrist. I would have still purchased the jewelry, but it was a bit of sticker shock with something I already...
Read moreCame to get bracelets with my husband for our anniversary. The staff was super friendly and we enjoyed our experience, so 2 stars for that. Unfortunately I cannot recommend them given the quality of the permanent jewelry. I got a very thin band that was hardly noticeable. Two months after I got it I looked down on my wrist and noticed it was gone. No clue how it came off or when, but for $200 Iâd rather buy something with a clasp I can trust. I understand a jewelry spot wouldnât go replacing a bracelet that was âlostâ but given itâs supposed to be permanent, would have hoped for more confidence in...
