Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Berwyn Heights

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!! I would give the rating a no star if that was an option. I placed my order through GrubHub, I waited 30 minutes then there was a message that it was extended a delay for delivery. I then get a call from GruHub after waiting an hour or more for them to tell me that Little Caesar gave my food to the wrong driver. Then my order of already waiting a long time was cancelled by Little Caesar. I call Little Caesar at the Greenbelt location and these losers have no sympathy, empathy or nothing but instead lie saying the Grub Hub driver ate my food. First of all if that’s true why did the delivery time change and then to be cancelled. The Greenbelt location is trifling, unorganized, unprofessional and they’re completely confused. All of them need to be fired to get a new staff of people that understands customer service, process and procedures of having a good running business. If it’s not possible to get a new staff the Greenbelt location needs to be shut down. FYI: The purpose of ordering is to eat food not have to wait 3 to 5 business days of after a long wait there no food delivered....

i mean im gonna keep it simple. i go to this little Ceasars all the time and i have never once had a bad experience. i have been to other Little Ceasars fewer times and have run into bad attitudes, dirty kitchens, and messed up orders. i expect from a discount pizza place to get some drop in quality/service ... but not this location. with that part said... their cheap pizza is just that... don't come here for that. get the deep dish or the stuffed crust. also the stuffed crazy bread and pizza puffs are fantastic. Crazy bread and Italian crazy bead are great. wings aren't special, might as well do 7-eleven wings. Basically the things they do great are great... the budget items aren't worth it... go here for the Detroit Style, stuffed Crust, and various Crazy breads. oh and their sauce!

oh i forgot my main item... the $5.99 lunch combo! great...

I used to go to this location frequently but not anymore after 3 reoccurring nightmares. The most recent one is when the arrogant staff told me to wait while he continue to talk to his friends on the phone for 15 mins. Then he asked me what I want. I told him my order, he said 25 mins. I asked him if I can order now and come pick up in an hour. He put my order in without taking my name. He said he got it and refused to get my name. I came to pick up my order and he said the pizza was expired and he doesn't have my name so he blame it on me. He ask me if I want to wait another 15 mins to place a new order. He said this location never have hot and ready and I will have to wait each time. This is the third time the last two months. This time I never got my pizza. Please report...
