On September 20, my son stopped at the Charleys in Greenbelt to purchase a meal. He placed an order and the supervisor came to him and tell him that his car did not go through He went into his bank statement and show them that the payment went through the supervisor told him oh our system always act up so we cannot give you the food. A total stranger had to come and purchase a food for my son because the payment already went through and the supervisor told him he cannot give him the food or his money back. I reached out to the store and speak to the supervisor Myself and ask the supervisor about the transaction what happened the supervisor told me that I need to bring a copy of my statement Showing that the transaction went through and I said to him, I said you was very ridiculous because I taught her strange to buy my son food because you refuse to give him his money back or give him the sandwich he told me we can’t do that. Is it because that supervisor is in is Hispanic and and my son is black. My overview of this store in Greenbelt, the supervisor is very racist because because my son is He decided to treat my son with such disrespect. As you could see here in the photo at the back, the payment was received by Charleys but yet still my son did not receive his food this Charlie store. They need to change management and employ a manager that is not racist and he have to remember that Charleys is not only bill on Hispanic people but all different kind of people go to Charleys to have...
Read moreI ordered wings here and sandwich. I don’t understand having wings but charging 0.60 for ranch or blue cheese WHEN IT SHOULD COME WITH. Cashier Griselda has a bad attitude when I ordered and asked her regarding the price. Over priced! I have been to Charley’s in Maryland that is cheaper honestly. It seem you charge for every single thing here. And the additional 0.10 for a bag is absurd when you see a customer purchasing multiple food items.

To the 6pc buffalo wings I ordered with no ranch or blue cheese that come with. The wings are rubbery and very chewy pulling, I’m not sure if they were not cooked long enough, but it taste like buffalo sauce on gummy worm wings. Would I purchase the wings again, no.
The bacon cheddar ranch fries I didn’t even eat after opening the box when I got home (5 minute drive from greenbelt Charley’s). The fries looked unappealing to eat and was unappealing. So disgusted in fact I cancel the whole order. The cashier that night, a yung Hispanic girl was at the register and was very rude to the point I don’t think I will be returning. Her attitude really stinks. When visiting a restaurant especially as a loyal customer I don’t expect to be treated and talked to so rudely! I had a rather large order I was placing so thank God I don’t have to waste my money there. When I order the 1st set of wings I asked for them a certain way which I get them like this all the time, wings with lemon pepper on it dipped in the buffalo hot sauce.
