Murray's Saloon & Eatery — Restaurant in Big Bear Lake

Absolutely horrendous customer service!! I was is such shock how I was treated that I still still this little girl that stole from me and she did it with horror . In my life I have never had such horrendous customer service. I asked to buy a bar shirt. Asked me my size.. I'm small. Said we ave one left and the girl serving drinks said omg that my size I need it and took it out my hand. I'm so disgusted this girl still wanted a tip. Unfortunately I tipped her because I'm a clean person but this store and their indecent disrespected idots... I can believe she took that shirt and stripped a customer from a purchase. So disturbing. Food might me good but not worth treated bad by employees . It's the worst I ever had service at any bar. The workers only playing with themselves. No respect for customers. They are they payed to talk and socialize amoung eachother...no respect to their customers and I was the only one and they had to treat me badly

P.s. I love bloody Mary drinks and this bar has high end reviews. So perhaps it was the horrible bartender but I could not down that blood Mary and those are my go to drinks... never by a bloody Mary here but peraphs my experience was because the girl that made my drink stole my shirt. Unbelievable. Disgusting.cutomer.service.she...

It's a dive bar, but better! We came on a Sunday night, which was perfect. It was busy but not super crowded. I can see how this place is poppin tho Thur - Sat night.

Food: We tried the fried zucchini and buffalo wings. The fried zucchinis are big pieces of fresh zucchini, lightly battered and fried. The vegetable on the inside still has a tiny crunch to it, which is awesome. The table next to us ordered the fried mozzarella sticks, they looked SO good. I will def try them next time! The buffalo wings had a medium-hot spice level. I'd say a lil spicier than your average buffalo, but GOOOOOOOODD! Again, the fry was light. Chicken was cooked thru and still juicy.

Ambiance: Your typical sports bar. You can sit at the bar or at high tops. Theres free popcorn and peanuts. Gotta love free peanuts!

Service: Besides the quality of food, I was most pleasantly surprised by the service. I'd say the level of service provided is more comparable to a sit-down restaurant, less a dive-bar. If I can't sit at the bar it's awkward to try and order and have to yell over people. I really appreciate the table...

Normally this place is a fun hangout.I come up to Big Bear like once a month to enjoy the "Experience" and chill.I enjoy hanging out in the Village and like hitting the different Bars/Restaurants and shopping! I go up on Suns/Mons where there's still people up here but not too crowded.Its a bit more relaxed for me.After shopping and bouncing around I will hit Murray's for the Karaoke and food if still hungry.Their Sunday Karaoke nights are fun and entertaining and i look forward to spending the last of my Sunday there.This last weekend changed and I was not happy! They said they changed Russ' schedule due to people wanting to watch Football instead...Really?!! I was in there with a buddy I brought up to Experience the Village like I do and We were not impressed with Murray's decision there!! Not very many people there...was pretty Dead and no one was watching the football game as I observed.Not a good decision guys.not at all!!Bring back the liveliness again cuz it kinda really Sucked on Sunday...especially when looking fwd to it!!I wont bring anybody in like I used...
