UPDATE: After reviewing the restaurant on google and telling them on the website with my receipt number as well. They replaced my entire order at my leisure and the staff was great. I was told it was because of new hires that were still learning. I had a great experience today and hope to have many more. My kids love Canes! Thank you so much for helping me to feel better about the experience I had there! 👏👏👏👏👍👍👍👍👍👍!
Literally the worst experience that I have ever had at any Canes in my entire life! I will never deal with night shift again! The other customers were just as dissatisfied as I was. The staff was complaining that they couldn't figure out how to ring up an order for chicken only because they were out of slaw and fries giving people the same meal for the same price. I was told that I would get one extra chicken strip in each meal and didn't even get that. I ordered online, left my house, arrived and waited outside for 20 minutes of to go in and have to ask for things because my order still wasn't ready. It took almost an hour to get two combos (just chicken and bread) and two kids meals (chicken and bread).... with 4 drinks (correctly!!!) I am so displeased that it makes me sick that I paid $30 for the 12 chicken strips, four pieces of toast, and 4 drinks! I...
Read moreVery disappointed. Ordered a plate of 6 fingers, fries, slaw and Texas toast. The fingers were so bland - they had little or no taste. The dipping sauce was pretty good, We (my wife and I) agreed that they were edible with the sauce. Maybe I'm used to Popeye's and Bojangles chicken, (I won't eat the Colonel's stuff), but I won't eat here again. The "long crinkle-cut from prime Idaho potatoes" fries, were mostly less than two inches long and the typical breaded, frozen in the bag things that Ore-Ida would have trouble pushing in a grocery store freezer case. Tiny little paper things you get a pill in at a hospital, are furnished for ketchup. Every try and dunk a fry in something a inch deep? The slaw wasn't bad, but the serving was in about a 1/4 cup little plastic thing that would have been better used for the ketchup. The toast was a slice off a french bread type loaf, browned one side on their griddle. They advertise it had garlic butter, but it was undetectable. The iced tea was OK. This cost over ten bucks with tax. I wouldn't buy it...

And John don't let a few compliments go to your head and give you the big head continue doing what you do and be genuine and it'll carry you far and by the way I've become a huge fan of canes now and love their chicken tenders bif box and I'll come here every time I...
